Hello,

Januari 29th i recieved an e-mail from Jackpot Mobile Casino to get a 600% first deposit bonus. So deposit 100SEK play with 700SEK - fantastic offer, i resend another email to their support before depositing claiming that my first name was spelled wrong. I then continued on with my Deposit.

When i deposited i was not credited the bonus, instead i was credited with 50SEK (which in terms is a 50% bonus, not 200% which is their original first deposit bonus offer and not the promotional offer i was sent via e-mail)

I quickly sent 2 additional e-mails claiming that my bonus was not credited. After 6 days i got a response claiming that i have to wager an additional 0.30SEK that was left in my account - and so i Did, the bonus balance then turned into 40SEK - still not the 600% bonus i was promised.

I e-mailed them again, got a response the next day where they wanted to me to forward the promotional e-mail they sent to me so they could credit me the bonus. This was the 3rd of Februari which i forwarded the e-mail and Still no response.

This is ridiculous, i just want my bonus cash credited - is that really so difficult?


I've attached both the promotional offer, and aswell as the deposits and the bonus amounts given.

If needed i will provide e-mail logs.
