You need to wager your deposits x3 before you can withdraw money. The verification process is a painful one. It took me about a week to get my account verified. I played a part of it. I deposited a total of $1366 CAD in this casino. I won just over $1500 during the first 2 deposits but I was able to withdraw only $500. They don't allow you to withdraw more than $500 per day. The support is incompetent and unable to answer any of your questions. They always refer you to the KYC department. When your account is verified, it's not really verified as they will ask for bank details once you request a withdrawal. My withdraws were canceled a total of 3 times. The first time because it had "expired"? The second time without any reason it was canceled, I had to process it again, and chat with support who referred me to KYC, then I received another generic answer from KYC 2 days later saying its because I didn't meet the 3x wager rule.
