I had a pretty well experience with this casino. The verification process is fast, and live support is always available. The withdrawal requests are usually processed within 24 hours. They also have a rakeback-like system based on coins that you accumulate while playing and that you can exchange later for free spins or real money. Their loyalty program is nice, but it is very very difficult to level up once you reach a certain level. I think I had to wager about 10000 euros to level up from level 50 to 51. Now I am at level 75, and I think I have to wager over 30000 euros to level up, all that so that I get about 50 euros bonus once I level up.
The withdrawal daily limits are quite low; unless you reach level 61 they become 5000 euros per day, which is okay, before that, it is 1000 or 2000 euros per day only. I know casinos have fair play, but a lot of times I feel that after a certain good win for me on a slot, any other slot I try will have no luck. Like if things are not actually random...
