Page 4 – Player Reviews for Heats Casino

In my opinion, Heats Casino is very reputable and offers a wide variety of games in the casino. It is very impressive and has many providers on offer. I also looked it up and can confirm that there are many different crypto currencies.
So at the moment I can't complain at all and it makes a very reputable impression.

Nice and clear look of the website... Very large selection of games from the best providers... All my favorite slot machines in one place, in short I recommend it

Nice casino with a good appearance. Nice games and good service.
The site looks fresh and appealing, with a great selection of games.
There are nice bonuses and free games.
I haven’t been a member for long, but I think I will play here a lot.

I like the excellent support communication, I can communicate in my native language…
very quickly confirmed my identity… I managed to win money on the first day and it was transferred to my bank account very quickly.
Large selection of games. Supprot explained everything to me step by step what I had to do, everything was very simple..

Unfortunately, the next day, fortune turned away from me and I couldn't win at all… I have topped up my player account with money several times, but I have never managed to double it. I like to play, but when I lose, it gets very sad very quickly.

The greatest online experience, huge variety of games and the team are always happy to help. The website is very easy to navigate.
Also if you like a great welcome bonus then this is the place to sign up to.

Heats Casino has a very large selection of games, everyone will find something for themselves here, plus fast payouts and helpful support. I recommend.

Great casino!! Great non deposit and deposit bonuses!! Fast payouts!! Great customer service!! Fast gameplay!! THE BEST!!! Quick bonuses via live chat! Nice

Heats Casino started as a promising platform with its attractive design and instant withdrawals, creating an enjoyable experience—until issues arose..

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Heats Casino. Over the past several weeks, I have been trying to resolve an issue involving a tournament dispute, but the level of customer support and transparency has been appalling.

1. Broken Promises: I was given a timeframe of 72–104 hours for a response from the compliance team, but that deadline has come and gone multiple times without any meaningful updates.

2. Unresponsive Compliance Team: Despite numerous follow-ups, I have received no direct communication from the compliance team, only vague reassurances from customer support. This lack of accountability raises serious concerns about the casino’s professionalism.

3. Failure to Provide Requested Information: My repeated requests for basic documentation, such as tournament terms and chat history, have been ignored. This lack of cooperation is both frustrating and unacceptable.

4. Access Issues: I was forced to use a VPN to access the live chat feature, and despite not logging in, the system somehow recognized me. This raises significant privacy and data security concerns under GDPR regulations.

5. Poor Customer Support: The support team consistently repeats the same scripted responses, with no effort to provide actionable solutions. Promises to escalate the matter or prioritize my case have not been followed through.

Heats Casino's handling of this situation reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction, transparency, and compliance. I strongly caution others against using this platform until they demonstrate better practices.

I will be escalating this matter to relevant licensing authorities and regulatory bodies, as well as seeking legal assistance if necessary. My trust in this casino has been completely eroded.

New site I found recently, bonuses are good and the support is nice, RTP is high and I have had no issue withdrawing, it was instant as well. They have a vip program and offered me better bonuses than the ones on the site.

A promising new casino with solid bonuses, good RTP, and instant withdrawals. Customer support is impressively quick, greeting you right away. The welcome bonus was good. I will play with them for a bit and see how it goes.

So far so good. Extremely impressed with the fast chat support. Made a boo-boo when I deposited and support was on it within 1minute. Long wait chat times are usually a reason to leave a casino. Big ups heats casino

Ok I have to make a few points here > Withdrawals are super quick, you click withdraw and bam, it arrives
> Support is really good and they have such helpful people working on it
> Good bonuses, I enjoyed using the many bonuses that I received, also they can add it if you are a loyal player like I am, always have these awesome bonuses that keep me coming back
Keep doing what you are doing, it's working

I have to say, I'm really impressed with Heats The withdrawals here are ridiculously fast, I'm talking about hitting the withdraw button and in seconds the money is already in my bank On top of that, the verification process was super smooth, only took a couple of minutes. But the best part? The customer support is indeed top-notch. Ivve never encountered such friendly service in any casino before, seriously, they know what they're doing. And lets not forget about the bonuses that are always something new, which definitely keep things exciting
Thanks!!

Great casino to play, simple and beautiful, nice support 24/7 and fast withdrawals. Im recommending to all my friends that like to gamble. Also shout out to Eva who has helped me a lot since I started playing there!!

I am playing here since day one!! There's some points that I want to add here about my experience so far.
- When I first had a problem, it got fixed by their support chat.
- Also loved the idea that you can get different bonuses and offers, huge plus for me.
- I got verified quickly and already made a couple of withdrawals.
- I was able to cancel a bonus because I had a huge win with my balance

I got to this casino because of an indication that an uncle of mine made, and I just loved it. I received a big bonus for my first deposit there and then I asked for verification, suddenly I was already verified and was able to withdraw my money which arrived very fast in my account, the support was very restorative in that matter, I gave it 10 thumbs up, no problems so far. Also, I loved the selection of games they have

I mean, I've been playing in this casino for a week now and I haven't had any issues so far. Received a big welcoming bonus and wagered all of it, making it a big wi,n and later that day I requested a withdrawal, for my pleasant surprise the money arrived in seconds after I got my documents verified ( the support was very helpful with this matter). Overall a great Casino to play and I feel safe in it

Unfortunately it's been 3 days already and I'm still waiting my verification to be over. For a simple ID document and a Selfie. On 2025... And every time I've been told that "your documents are in queue, we will speed up the procedure for you" etc. You can not advertise "fast withdrawals-verification" and actually act like this..

Guys, this is it. Instant withdrawals. And with instant I mean, click on withdraw funds and 1 sec later it's in your bank account. Verification process took no longer than 8 hours either. Then there's customer support. Never experienced a support chat being more friendly and helpful than at this casino. Keep up the good work guys!

Nothing like a decent casino that always pays your winnings... Instantly. 3 days playing at Heats and so far so good when I had a problem the girls at the support helped me out very quickly, so that is a plus... Its definitely the best casino I tried in a long time so far, made a big win with the first Depo Bonuss

After getting so much attention from the live support, that helped me solve all the problems, I had to come and make this review. Heats is an incredibly nice casino, with cool features such as nonsticky bonuses, plus differents bonuses and promotions thru the week, and on top of that it has instant withdrawals, I think i got the money within 30s, thats huuuuge. Thanks for creating this amazing casino, i will be coming back many more times

A friend mentioned Heats Casino during a casual chat, raving about their instant withdrawals. Skeptical but curious, I gave it a shot. The sleek interface hooked me, and when I had questions, their support team was on it within minutes. It felt like finding a hidden gem—definitely a keeper!

I stumbled upon Heats Casino while browsing for new gaming sites. Intrigued by their promises of instant withdrawals and stellar support, I signed up. From my first game, everything was seamless—friendly support helped me out, and my first withdrawal hit my account instantly. Since then, it’s been my go-to for both excitement and reliable service.

Heats Casino's customer support is simply outstanding—quick, friendly, and available 24/7! Their instant withdrawals are a game-changer, making every win even sweeter. Highly recommend!

For a new casino, this site really delivers. The welcome bonus is solid, and the support team is amazing—shoutout to the ladies who are always quick to help and really know their stuff. The game selection is great, with tons of options from different providers. Bonuses on losses are a nice touch, and it’s a relief to see instant withdrawals once you’re verified. It’s rare to find such a smooth process, especially for a new site. They’re off to a strong start and definitely have potential to be a top contender.

The welcome bonus gets you started nicely, and their customer support team is top-notch—always friendly and quick to assist. Bonuses on losses are a great perk, and the variety in games ensures you’ll never get bored. Instant withdrawals after verification seal the deal for a smooth, stress-free experience. They’re doing a great job for a newer platform.

The platform could be more exciting with added features like tournaments or seasonal competitions. These events would not only offer additional rewards but also create a sense of community and fun for regular players. It’s a promising site, but adding these extras could really set it apart.

I have been playing in online casinos for over 15 years and I am so happy to have found this casino. This is one of the only Casinos with instant withdrawals. It feels amazing seeing the money go into my bank like that. Will continue playing here if the support and system say this is amazing. Nice work heats Casino.

It's been a long time since didn't enjoy playing reels. The most exciting thing was the welcome bonus, 150% over my deposit exceeded all expectations, on top of it, the winning rate seemed to be high, it was like 40 minutes straight spinning and winning, so it was super easy to complete the wager. I think I have a favorite place to play now, mostly because there are days of special bonus very profitable.

Love the high RTP and the game selection is amazing! Lots of games and I was able to make a nice withdrawal, I am happy overall. I am recommending this casino to my friends

The customer support team here is absolutely incredible. I had a small issue with a bonus, and they resolved it within minutes through live chat. They’re super friendly and are very smart! Very good first impression
