Page 5 – Player Reviews for Heats Casino

Heats Casino has the fastest withdrawals I have ever seen. I withdrew 2000 EUR and it arrived in my bank account in a second. It's so rare to find amazing casinos like this nowadays so I am happy to have seen it

Heats Casino is AMAZING! Recommend 10/10 The RTP is very high and I won a lot of money over 10,000 EUR. Very an awesome casino and I will make it one of my main

This is my 4th day playing on this casino and the games are pretty decent, there's a variety to select from and must of them are good to win a bit of money, I was advised by their support team (yes, those ladies popped out as soon I get into their website) that they give bonus depending on the day of the week, like today they gave me 50% of bonus for a deposit I made which was great cause I didn't expectee nothing. Also the ladies from support are very kind and friendly, I liked to feel important because at the end, I think that's what we deserve. The money I can get from there is good, they can have some other game options but I honestly don't see it necessary when they have a huge amount of games and not the regular ones you will find at any other places.

I think they're doing it great so far, still they have room for improvement since they're brand new but honestly I think they're doing well so far.

So it looks like this one is a brand new casino, I noticed they went out about a week ago and they had a free spins promo, I had the chance to receive those since I was there when they barely launched, they honored me with the free spins but they mentioned something like it was a limited offer for just some of the new players on complete registration, which in fact was an easy step and very friendly for someone like me. So I got my free spins and then I decided to make a deposit and my surprise was that they also had a bonus on my deposit, I think it was like 3x the money I added on my account, it was a nice gift because I was able to keep playing for a long time hahaha not only that, I won't say how much I did but I can tell it was 2s times the bonus I got and that was beautiful.

Please keep doing what you do, honestly I felt lucky when I come to your site and even more luckiest when I got my first prize which really surprised me haha.

Hello. I received an email from them informing me that I would receive free spins without a deposit after registering.

I entered the website, saw good conditions for the welcome promotion and the casino itself made a good impression on me so I decided to register. After registering, I completed the verification process which ended positively and I was supposed to make a deposit, but I thought I would ask about the free spins I was informed about first. After sending a query to 24h support, the conversation that had started suddenly disappeared along with the possibility of starting it again. I thought, maybe they were on a break, but I decided to check one thing and opened the website in another browser in private mode and it turned out that it was not a break in the work of support but a deliberately removed option of being able to contact them from the account on which the apparently inconvenient question was asked.

When I wrote a query about the whole situation and sent screenshots from both browsers, the lady pretended to be surprised and informed me that this promotion was no longer valid. After a while, when I wanted to hear something about the practices of removing the chat option, she did the same and the chat along with the option to start it again magically disappeared. This type of treatment of customers deserves the lowest possible rating.
