I would like to file an official complaint regarding the situation in which my bonus and the related winnings have not been credited to me.
I acted immediately when I noticed the issue.
First, I waited to see if the winnings would appear on my mobile device, but they did not.
As soon as I got home, I logged in on my computer and checked the situation – nothing had appeared.
I immediately contacted the chat support to report the issue. I was told to wait 24 hours.
I waited exactly 24 hours, and when no changes had occurred, I contacted support again right away.
Therefore, I acted as quickly and honestly as possible. I did not delay the matter in any way, but rather reported the issue immediately when it occurred. If the system claims that I canceled something, I did not do so knowingly or intentionally – I have never broken the rules or attempted to benefit unfairly.
The delay happened only because I was instructed to wait, and because the handling on your side was slow. Now the situation is being justified by claiming that the bonus period has expired. This is not fair, as I acted promptly, and it was your side that caused the delay.
I am not asking for anything extra. I only request that you return the winnings that were on my account before they disappeared – in the same form as they were (as a bonus). I am not asking for them to be credited as real money. There should be no issue in resolving this fairly.
I would like to emphasize that I have always followed all the rules and played honestly. I expect the same fairness and proper treatment from you as a customer. If you wish to keep me as a loyal customer, I kindly ask that you return my winnings as a bonus or grant me a new bonus of the same amount with a reasonable time limit. So the lost amount is +700eur and they don't want to refund it and keep making excuses
