Delayed withdrawal of 14 days

Hello,

Unfortunately my withdrawal has been pending since the 19/03/2026. The Ts and Cs state 3 days. The support has said the delay is due to the huge volume of requests. I understand this can delay things, but this is far far too long.

I think unless I get a mediator to help I will just continue to be fobbed off.

I would appreciate some help resolving this as I can see numerous players having this issue.
