Delayed Withdrawal Request

I have been waiting a week now for my withdrawal request to be approved. Chat replies with generic responses and judging by the other complaints about this casino I am going through a similar ordeal to others. I have requested to submit my verification to speed the process up but am met with “no verification needed at this stage” I feel as if the wait times and no option to self verify is a ploy to delay payments. I was told by a chat operator my payment would be processed within 3 days. It’s now been 7 and there is no indication of anything being done. I have never experienced wait times like this playing online.
