Grand Fortune Casino - Stalling my withdrawal approval and delaying my payout

Hey @AskGamblers I need your help again.

On July 25th I joined The Grand Fortune Casino and was given a free chip bonus. I finished the wager requirements and after the extra funds were removed I was left with the max cash-out amount of 100$. I put in my withdrawal request the same day and 3 days later on the 28th it was denied because I didn’t have an active Bitcoin account; in other words, I needed to make a Bitcoin deposit first, or otherwise I would have to make the withdrawal request a bank wire.

So I talked to one of the agents and ran it all by him to make sure I understood correctly and was given the green light. I made a Bitcoin deposit of 21$ to play with and put in my coin draw Bitcoin withdrawal request for the 100$ on July 29th.

The casino's terms and conditions, states that all withdrawal will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days, and the payout be made within 7-10 business days.

I contacted the casino on the 8th of August to check the status and was briefly told there would be an escalation filed and to check back after 24 to 48 hours. I waited 3 days and contacted them on Aug 11 there was no update whatsoever, I was just told again that they’re gonna file an escalation and to check back after 24 to 48 hours. I waited again for 3 days and contacted them today on Aug 14th and was told I needed an alternative payment method, then the agent asked me for the bank information and included a bunch of required features the bank account needed for the wire.

I thought that was very strange considering the previous agent requested and verified my Bitcoin address in the conversation 3 days prior. Also, the agent couldn’t give me a reason for the request. I thought it was all kind of shady considering it wasn’t his department as he mentioned and that the withdrawal still needed to be approved by the casino before it could even be handled by the withdrawal/payout department.

I expressed my suspicion to the agent about the process and questioned why they couldn’t just approve the withdrawal first so that the payout department could just contact me if there was problems. After that, it just felt like he was stalling and giving me the run around to avoid processing the withdrawal idk maybe in hopes that I’d just forget or give up. He ended the chat by basically telling me either send the bank wire info or keep waiting and filed another “escalation”.

Luckily I emailed myself the transcript of the chat just before he deleted it cause I was unable to download it. Idk if he was trying to cover up my request or so they’re just wouldn’t be any proof of his sketchy request for my bank information. I’m not sure but I just want my withdrawal processed and approved so I could get my payout, and can you please help @AskGamblers

Payouts are like pulling teeth..been waiting over 1 month now and I'm considered to be a VIP. Get the proper backing to operate as efficiently as Grande Vegas and I'll be happy to give a better rating which will lead to obtaining more players.

Very poor customer service from certain people (ending chat before we had finished talking). Also tried withdrawing a week ago, been on live chat about 4 times since then ask for the status of the withdraw to be told today its going to take up to another 2-3 weeks... When theres so many online casinos it's hard to find a reason to return to this specific one.

The last 2 times I played at Grand fortune the play time improved so I hope this means the problem has been addressed. During my first deposit and regardless exploirées machines, they gave all regularly.

Thereafter their system was less generous, very little redistribution.

There are often technical problems, some staff appear a little touchy.

I also blame the very low jackpots unlike other competitors RTG casinos.

Conclusion: Difficult to get out long-term winner in this casino and technical problems should be solved permanently.

Like the RTG games but Play through is very low amounts on deposits with bonus or just cash deposits and this happens every time I deposit which has been many. Not sure why this is the case seems very odd to me.

Low Play through is constant on over 40 deposits in a row gives very little play for the money.

I opened an account on the casino euros and I took advantage of a 400 % coupon; we know only technical concerns (marigolds) on this casino, rollers which turn(shoot) and do not stop or disconnection(logout) inconvenient. Machines are not generous, the small jackpot, what is an indication as for the attendance(company) of the casino.

The customer service may and not commercial when you we complain about the malfunction of the casino, for example for any answer as regards a dysfunction, answers you to disconnect completely and to cut your PC and that so you will not have concerns(marigolds) anymore.

won $100 with this casino by non deposit bonus and they said congratulations on my winning. After that they proposed me to deposit $21 by Neteller to withdraw $121 by Neteller as they charge $45 for wire transfer!

After I deposited $21 by Neteller they said I violated t & c's and won't pay me $100 and they also robbed me off my deposited $21.

Please stay away from these thugs and complain to police & law enforcement to ban them.

I have now played at both Grand Fortune and Raging Bull for a month and won a couple small wins which seeing the complaint posted on AskGamblers. Scared me into thinking I wouldn't be able to withdraw so played it down. After talking to the manager he assured me that my withdraws would be honored and that the person who filed a dispute was banned for good reason. I assumed that since Uptown Aces has tried very hard to get me banned. That no withdraw I calmed would be honored which is not true the manager took the time to check into my dispute with Uptown and said he finds no wrong in what I did and he will not fallow suite with Uptown and Liberty Slots and any win I have will be paid.

So my impression of both Raging Bull and Grand Fortune is they are fair and take all matters into consideration my not having a withdraw yet is my own fault for thinking it would be denied when it wouldn't have been.
