Soo I Signed up just because of the welcome bonus and I did not get the welcome bonus seriously?!

I really don't know why would I just sign up and not claim the welcome bonus, the only reason was because of the Welcome Bonus!
Live chat is never on been trying to get thru them by chatting to them, no chance, so I had to email them and wait couple days for them to replay back to me.
Also they did not help me *because I have not opt in*. I tried to explain to them but no chance they just don't care.

Their customer service is friendly and cashouts are fast in my opinion. They offer good rewards for regular players and great ones for VIP members if you reach that level which I have been able to crack.
Withdrawals is usually where I am most critical but had no issues with Fruitkings, fast verification and I receive payouts to my bank account within 24hrs of them processing a withdrawal with the longest withdrawal still only taking 48hrs. Not so much a dislike but there could be tournaments maybe?

Good selection of games, withdrawals fast but only after a long pending time. They offer some live games and table games. The site layout is easy to use.
Live games lag, pending time too long for withdrawals (closed my account due to this), bonuses/promotions dont work, timeout tool requires a further 24 hours to reopen so a 24 hour timeout is really a 48 hour timeout.
