Withdraw declined from Fly Casino
Hello , I have registered on Fly Casino on 7/11/2013 and played with my money and their bonus and enjoy playing on them. After that i stopped for some months and then around summer of 2014 i noticed their great offers and start playing again on them. I have not win anything for some time but i keep playing almost every week until 11/11/2014 when i deposit 100 and received a bonus of 120 and played slots with 6 bet as per their terms and conditions i finished the wagering requirements and won over 7000 euro. I keep playing for some days more on their slot games with 6 bet and played almost double their wagering requirements when i decided to withdraw some of my winnings. After some days they asked for my ID and my bill and i send them on 18/11/2014. The same day they send me an email asking for my ID to be notarized and send to them with postal mail to their office. I send them my ID the next day with postal mail to their office. I was waiting for them to receive my notarized ID to their office but they have not received it. I get an email 2/12/2014 saying that my withdraw is canceled and they just waiting my Notarized ID to be sent to them with postal mail. After that i checked with the post office but they said to me that it will arrive to them the next days. After that i was just waiting for them to receive my notarized id. On 20/01/2015 i received again an email from them asking for my notarized id?!?! Well i send them a new one again to their address on philippines . Finally on 27/2/2015 received an email from them saying that they have received my Notarized ID and they will forward it to the security team. I have made a new withdraw on 3/3/2015 of 2500 and they canceled it and send me an email : This is Kerry Anne from the Fly Casino Support Team. We would like to inform you that the copy of your notarized ID has been accepted by the Management and your account is now updated. However, due to security reasons your account will remain closed. Thank you for your cooperation. After that i send them an email : Hello , I have send you all the documents you requested. Why you dont send me my withdraw and keep decline it? Waiting for your answer. And the answer was : Dear Matej, Thank you for contacting us regarding your withdrawal. Please be advised that your withdrawal has been declined by our management team based on your Gaming actions in the casino. You will not receive any withdrawals from us. Please note that as stated in our bonus terms: 5. Fly Casino®, reserves the right to review transaction records and logs, from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. Fly Casino - Unjustified Confiscation of Winnings
I made a deposit on the casino on the 24th Feb. of 60 Euros, received a bonus of 75 and played slots. I won 9500 Euro playing with bet 6 (which is the casino's max bet allowed) I finish the wagering requirements for the bonus, and the next day (25th Feb) i opened the casino, decided to gamble a little more, opened a game (slots) and played with bet 10 euro this time, which i am allowed of course because i am playing with my cash balance!! I played 2 days in a row, i lost almost 500 Euros and after that i decided to withdraw my half winnings. (4000 Euros). 4-5 days later, i received a payment of 60 Euros to my Skrill account from Fly Casino, and when i entered my account there was no balance, and the withdrawal was canceled.I talked to live chat, they told me that i bet over limit which is 6 and that's why my winnings where forfeited. I explained them exactly what happened that i bet 10 the next day after i finished the wagering requirements, and that i was playing with my cash balance. The live chat support was keep telling me that the decition was final. Exactly after that i called them directly and told them exactly what happened and that they took my winnings for no reason because i did not break any of their terms. On the phone they told me that he saw this, and that they will contact the relevant department and that they will send me an email. 2 days after that, on 4/March/2015, i received an email telling that: Dear Daniel, This is Greg from the Support Team. Your account was checked and found that you have already completed the wagering requirement when you placed a bet of more than €6. However, your winnings were removed as per Management's decision following a full investigation made in your account. As per our General Promotional Policies and Rights (http://www.flycasino.com/common/promoterms.asp): "Fly Casino®, reserves the right to review transaction records and logs, from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If upon such review, it appears that end users or any one or combination of them are participating in strategies which Fly Casino®, in their sole discretion deem to be abusive, Fly Casino®, reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such end user(s) to the promotion and required that all bonuses and winnings related to such abuse be reversed and/or forfeited." They took my winning without telling me anything, and after that they used an excuse that it was not true. After they realized that this is wrong they throw me this "rule" in the email which i dont understand exactly what it means. My guess is that they simply dont want to pay my winnings, but for half a year (almost) and now they dont seem to have any problem with me depositing my money to their casino and playing. This is really unacceptable, i am waiting your responce regarding the issue. Thank you, Daniel

Fly casino is a sister casino of omni casino, which is very, very nice and good casino, so of course i decide to try it. Their welcome offer includes: 7$ no deposits bonus, 7$ deposit play with 40$ bonus, and then 110% on your deposit bonus. This is very nice, i download software, register account, and try to get 7$ no deposit bonus, but it is was not credited, and i just go to live chat and ask why i did not get my bonus, and they told me that i am from excluded country for this promotion, and also i can not take a promo deposit 7$ with 40$ bonus. This is really strange, because at omni casino i get similar offer without any problem.

Anyway, their first deposit bonus is 110%, and i am was eligible for it, so why not? I like this casino, i know their customer service good, i know they will pay me without problems. So i just made deposit of 30$ and start playing with 63$. I open my favorite thai paradise slot and start playing with 0.45$ bets. Oh, i forget to add that if you playing with bonus, did not play jackpot games except marvel slots, because this is restricted. Unfortunately thai paradise was not so nice like always, and after a couple of minutes i lost my money, but i am made sometimes deposits there's, also have few cashouts, usual cashout time is around 30 hours.
