Do not accept visa as a withdraw method even when depositing via visa (which they state is the only withdraw method in their T's&C's). Very limited withdraw methods.
Alternate withdraw methods require depositing again via that method.
State you get access to an account manager 24/7 at a certain VIP level. This doesn't seem to be true..
