Absolutely terrible experience with Fire Vegas!

I deposited $50 on their platform about a month ago. After accepting my deposit, they prevented me from playing because I live in Quebec, Canada.

Since then, I have been trying to get MY OWN MONEY back, without success!

I have provided every personal and banking document they requested, including a void cheque containing my sensitive banking information.

Despite fully cooperating with their verification process, my withdrawal requests keep getting rejected without any clear explanation.

It is completely unacceptable for a casino to accept someone’s deposit, then prevent them from using the service and make it so difficult to recover their own money.

A month later, I STILL haven’t received my $50 back!

I strongly advise everyone to think twice before trusting Fire Vegas with their money or personal banking information.

All I want is a refund of my original deposit. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable!

What!? No Ice Vegas!? Hahaha, anyways, Fire Vegas is the online casino that set my gambling heart ablaze in 2022! While I enjoyed my session more than a pyromaniac at a fireworks factory, I couldn't help but feel a tinge of disappointment at the lack of ongoing promotions. It's like going to an all-you-can-eat buffet, only to find out they're closing after your first plate which is a shame really. Come on, Fire Vegas, throw us some more fuel for this gambling fire!

In conclusion, Fire Vegas lit up my online gambling world like a Roman candle on Canada Day. It's got the games, it's got the license and it's got enough initial spark to ignite any gambler's passion. But if they want to keep this flame burning bright, they might want to consider stoking the fire with some more ongoing bonuses.

By far the worst casino I have experienced yet. Fire Vegas used to be good but they practice extreme stall tactics on cashouts.
The support never replies in email, always the same answer about the matter has been sent to the relevant department. My self and 2 of my close friends who are also avid gamblers have experienced delays in the weeks on our cashouts. I highly recommend to stay away as there are so many other casinos that cash out in seconds.

I noticed Fire Vegas casino a few days ago when browsing through AskGamblers list of new casinos. I was curious to try them out as I'm always interested in finding new and good online casinos. I saw that the casino is a part of White Hat Gaming casinos which I don't usually play at, but they did have a good game selection from Play'n Go, Netent and other providers, so I decided to sign up.

At first I thought I might make a deposit and claim their welcome bonus, as the casino has a welcome bonus offer for your first deposit at the casino. However, I decided against it purely because of the wagering requirements. The minimum deposit to claim the bonus was 20eur, which was fine, but the wagering requirements were 40x deposit + bonus amount. I very rarely claim bonuses that have deposit wagering, but 40x deposit and bonus wagering is way too high in my opinion.

I decided to make a 30 eur deposit and play bonus free as I didn't like the bonus terms. I played the Vegas Megaways slot for a while but couldn't get any decent winnings- not a single win above 30x bet. After about half an hour, I had only 10eur balance left so I went to play Big Bass Splash slot. I was playing with minimum bets and even managed to get one free spins bonus round but it paid only 40x the bet. Then, with just a few euros left I played Starburst but I couldn't resurrect my balance and lost.

Overall I had a decent time at Fire Vegas casino. One thing I liked about them was their game selection- they truly have a good variety of games from the most popular providers. But that being said, if I come back, I wouldn't claim their deposit bonuses as I find their wagering requirements way too high.
