Deposit put into closed account, request to send to active account

Hi

I won $1000nz in July it was accepted., I accidentally used the wrong suffix 01 instead it should of been 02, as my 01 account was closed in June 2022. I explained the situation to my bank, they said there are no funds credited to your account because it was closed on June 16th, so it would have bounced back to Firevegas within 2 days.

My bank supplied me a letter confirming funds not received due to closed account, they also supplied me with my correct bank details using suffix 02. Firevegas still remain dishonest, saying they banked into my closed bank account. Please Help.
