Withdrawal funds not received

I requested a withdrawal of my $4750.00 in winnings from Fire Vegas casino on July 19th 2023. I sent in my identification documents which were received and approved via email. My withdrawal was approved. I have also sent in both my domestic and international CAD wire transfer information via email which was approved and updated to my account. I have received varying wait times and now have been told my withdrawal could take up to 10 business days. It is now August 7th 2023 and I still have not received my funds. I emailed the company to request a wire trace on August 3rd 2023, I received an email stating that they received my email requesting a trace and that I would receive a response in 48 hours. I still have to receive an email in regards to a wire trace and I have still not received my funds.
