Months of rejecting and delaying my payments

The pictures speak for themselves. My account is verified. I try to withdraw, I get different error codes each time. Now it has been 2 months. I talk to chat. There are so many weird reasons. I have had some other problems with this casino before this, but this is about my withdrawals, and everything is fine with my verification.

I deposit with crypto, so to withdraw with crypto is also okay. But I get these different messages. Suddenly that cryptocurrency is not allowed. There is just no logic.

I just want to get my withdrawals, nothing less, nothing more.

Opened account on site fcmoon.com. Deposited few times amounts of few hundred €. Verified account completely. Done withdraw few times, to cryptowallet, btw was only option they offered. Withdraws went ok. Continued playing and there was maybe 1,1k€ on account when they limited me on sports betting. Played regular games, usually 100€ stake. Its my personal account, haven't done any multiaccounting or anything. Didn't play any suspicious games, all was going ok. After limit, account maybe was in all 200-300 in plus at most, when deposits counted. Tried to withdraw but got message my account is blocked and that account is under review. Then received mail after about 5 days that my account has been deactivated and funds confiscated due to suspicious things on my account. I haven't done anything suspicious on this account. I am professional sports punter and I do usually win and maybe on some sites before did multiaccounting when they would limit me. But not on this site. This was my first time on site fcmoon.com, never been there before or after, had only mine personal account there, deposited only from payment options under my name and tried to withdraw to cryptowallet under my name. If neeed can send screenshot or provide any evidence for my claim. Withdrawal impossible

I'm lodging a complaint against fc moon. A week ago I was unable to make withdrawals (fiat or crypto). As you can see from the screens, the service told me to be informed by email within 72 hours. a week later, I've had no news and I've had to ask the service myself about this problem and I was told that I had to wait again. The deadline announced at the outset was 72 hours, but that's twice as long and the service still hasn't told me what's going on. I have 1500€ on the site. I'm waiting for fc moon to give me some information and above all to let me withdraw because my account has been checked since the first day of my registration. I don't want to believe that this site is dishonest and I'm therefore making a complaint to move the case forward.
