The casino is part of the huge Cassava group and is sister site with a few more casinos within the group. They are trustworthy and do pay winnings out eventually once verification is completed, card withdrawals take anything between 3-7 days once your account has been verified. Was fortunate to have won a substantial amount which was paid in a number of trunches over 2 months or so. The selection of slots is pretty good although I played there also because of the number of jackpot games, about a dozen or so.
The only negative aspects I found were the speed of response from support team by email, which has been anything between 1-3 days. There is no chat, as far as I know, but phone communication was fine.
Also, connectivity has been of issue, where games can be interrupted. A couple of jackpot games would not work at all.
It is also worth noting that if you win anything above 10-15k, it may take a few weeks or even a few months to withdraw all your winning as the withdrawal limit is only 5k a month. That said, it is possible to at least request to increase the limit.
Lastly, if you only ever mention gambling problems, bear in mind that all of your accounts within Cassava Group will be closed.
