Will not pay me my funds
I withdrew over £3000 1 month ago.
Immediately after withdrawing from Fantastic Spins then closed my account and asked for various documents, some of which I had already sent them. Anyway, I provided every single document they asked for, bank statements, proof of id, proof of funds, proof of address, and now the replies are getting slower or none at all.
The last email I received was on the 10th March 2026, stating that I will receive an update within the next 7 working days with an outcome. It is now the 23rd march and I have still received nothing.
I believe that if I hadn’t made a withdrawal and kept depositing, my account wouldn’t have randomly been closed, and now they are doing everything in their power to stall the withdrawal of my funds.
1 month is totally unacceptable!
