Refused my withdrawal


I have used this site and won money I have provided all my documentation they asked for and they still don’t approve my withdrawal. I don’t think this is acceptable and they have also blocked my account.i have won with this site several times before and they have paid out no problem this time I don’t know why they have said no. I also have proof of my deposits and withdrawals that have been successful. Please can you help me with this it’s not acceptable.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Fantastic Spins Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Player used someone else's credit card to deposit and play. This is not allowed in the UK.

All gambling must be funded by the player only. They can not get funds from someone else to source their gambling. This breaks both fraud, money laundering and gambling regulations.

Until full review can be done on this player on their source of funds and legitimate reason for using an another persons bank card can be established the account is unlikely to be reopened.

The money deposited using this card will be refunded to the owner of the bank card minus any previous withdrawals received.
