Fantastic Spins will not complete verification process
I recently won ~£8,000 on my Fantastic Spins account. For the past 3 weeks I have been trying to complete the verification process to collect my winnings. All requested documentation has been submitted including a passport photo with me holding my passport and a full PDF of my bank statement over a specific period requested by Fantastic Spins to show withdrawals to Fantastic Spins from the account.
Fantastic Spins have blocked my account and access to the 24hr support. They also still refuse to deposit my winnings in the account provided. Numerous emails have been sent asking for progress updates with either no/slow responses often asking for the documentation that has already been sent in previous emails.
Could you please assist in encouraging Fantastic Spins to act in a fair and just way.
