Nothing is great about them, no real support, do not respond to emails, live chat is disconnected internally, games seemed okay and won, but refused to pay me.

Fraud alert - closed my account and refused to pay me £4500 winnings, verification process took forever, required 30 selfies of me holding my passport, just stalling to not pay me, once verified, refused to pay my winnings with no legit reasons as to why.

Ease of registration, website layout, deposit methods, but that's about it, there are some positives about their website but not many, very unlikely that i will ever use their service again even if I get my withdrawal

But then I regretted that I ever signed up to that casino and I wish I did little research before joining. The customer service is below zero! They are not helpful, very slow at replying to your emails and all they do is use copy and paste pre written messages. They requested document of ownership of my phone number which I told them many times that it is pay as you go number so I don’t have any bills for that number. They requested it even tho the withdrawal is offered to your bank account if you deposited via mobile. It is absolutely worst casino I ever play at and I wouldn’t recommend this casino to anyone! Very easy to sign up and deposit, lots of games to choose from, I even had some wins and was good fun until I tried to withdraw my winnings, went from no verification required to lots of verification.

Very slow to payout as verification seems a bit of a challenge been trying for 3 days now with very little help from support like 1 email in 3 days and I'm still waiting to withdraw or hear from their support.

I was charged a £2.50 fee for depositing with my debit card, even though they say no fees. Then I was asked to go through the verification process, which I did, but when I tried to withdraw it just shows as permanently pending.

What I like about Duelz Casino is that there are a lot of live games on the site and it makes it more exciting to play with them. I also appreciate how they have a live chat support ice that is really helpful for me whenever I have any concerns in mind.

The site is great but I do think that it will be helpful if they can allow us to filter the games depending on the providers. That will help find games easier. I find it hard to scroll through a lot of games and look for those from my favourites.

Be ready for the long haul when it comes to verifying your account the only thing they don’t ask for is blood! They will ask for it in dribs and drabs to delay any pending withdrawals you might have then ignored your emails then 48hrs later ask for something new or even something you’ve already sent. This casino refuses to verify you even when you have submitted up to date clear documents. They also allow you to deposit without verifying you and then you are not able to play as the refuse verification. They will also hold any money deposited with no answer why.
