Nothing had any problem at all. To be honest I've never needed to contact chat. I can't find any problems with the site apart from the deposit charge which isn't massive. Keep up the good work.

Games aren’t special but they are good enough time-killers. The bonuses aren’t very exciting but that’s what makes them versatile to different gameplays.

Unfortunately, it's great aspects are countered by the faulty withdrawal system. Deposits are quick but withdrawal can get delayed often. It could be the payment methods’ fault but the customer service is unresponsive when it comes to these matters.

Duelz Casino is one of the latest casinos I joined. I found them once when I was looking for a new casino to join, and realized that they are a sister casino to Voodoo Dreams casino, which I've had good experiences with. Without much of a thought, I decided to sign and made my first deposit. 

From the first glance, I noticed that Duelz Casino offers different perks, such as their bonus shop and achievements, which is a great thing if you're a loyal player. Also, I really liked their game selection, as they offer games from Netent, Play'n Go, Pragmatic Play, Red Tiger, and others. I made a deposit of 50 eur without a bonus as I wanted to be able to play whichever games I liked, not worrying about bonus terms. But they do offer a great welcome bonus of 100% and free spins on top. 

I started off by playing Dead or Alive 2 with minimum stakes. I played for a few hours, had several bonus rounds but none of them paid more than 100x bet. I was getting small wins here and there so my balance wasn't going down fast, but at some point, it went down to around 20 eur when I decided to play Book of Dead. I got a bonus round quite quickly that boosted my balance back to my start balance, which was great. Then for the rest of my session, I played the Immortal Romance slot. I had a few really decent hits, at some point i even got over 100eur balance. But as it usually goes, I was chasing a bigger win and slowly my balance was decreasing. I should have switched the slot but I was hoping that Immortal Romance would give me a good bonus feature or Wild Desire, but that didn't happen and eventually, my balance reached 0.

Overall, I had a very nice time at Duelz casino and I'm planning on going back to play there more. They have a great game selection and I had no technical issues so I didn't have the need to speak to customer support. So far they seem like a good casino and I don't see any reason not to recommend them based on my experience.

Good games, quick to accept your deposits, quick to let you play. Be warned though takes forever to verify your account you wait in ordinate time to receive withdrawals be warned not good.

Does not let you withdrawal, takes way too long to verify account sent info in and week later heard nothing & waiting on a big withdrawal. Live chat do not help only state it’s been passed to relevant dept. Can’t speak to anyone. Waited a week for money & no comms no idea what’s going on so stay away!!

After submitting all docs requested - they asked me for a visa card with my name on it. I always play with my visa debit as no cash fees, most Canadians do but there is no name on it. Luckily I work at the bank so I ordered the card with my name on it! Sent. Chat with cust service confirmed twice all approved, money on its way…
20 min later - an email in my junk? asking for docs I already submitted. At this point - they absolutely know it is me But now they want more docs lol

Now I can’t even play (not fun knowing there is no money) and looking for a new casino but will always check here first.

I will not give up on this 500$ but again, I am lucky to work at the bank…

Canadians - be aware!

Good layout. Favourites show automatically after play. Quick access to chat. The chat reps seem to be friendly and try to help but are constantly going to contact at Duelz for help answering questions.

Well here it goes….
1. Chat reps have little knowledge of anything to do with withdrawals and fees charged for deposit and withdrawals.
2. Chat is obviously 3rd party. They ask for account verification after doing so on Duelz website to get to chat.
3. Different amount charged to my visa than approved on Duelz site.
4. Most charges showed up on Visa not indicated as Duelz.
5. Deposited majority of money by Etransfer but was not allowed to withdraw through etransfer.
6. Withdrawals denied and returned to account 6 times.
7. Made to withdraw by bank transfer. Entered information correctly then withdraw was sent to with the #s entered wrong on their end.
8. Applied Responsible Gambling limit for deposits as a deterrent to spend while waiting for withdrawal and when bank transfer was returned full amount was applied to account and playable. Guess what? Lost it all.
9. Canadians stay away.

Had some nice wins and submitted a withdrawal via bank transfer as delisted bus MasterCard but unable to withdraw via MasterCard.

The funds however were put back onto my account the next day with no explanation so went to live chat.

They said they don’t do bank transfers and I need to deposit again with a Visa card and withdraw via the Visa card.

I said I don’t have a Visa card and they just said that’s my only option - I asked how do I get my money but their reply was only Visa card.

Frustrated as I was I played big bets and lost it all straight away and feel like I’ve been completely robbed by this casino.

The bank transfer option should be removed off this site as it’s not an option with them.

Never use this casino unless you use a Visa card.
