Dons casino is a casino I've known for a while, I remember a few months ago I wanted to sign up there and even talked to their support but something didn't feel right and I didn't proceed with that. I don't know why I didn't notice their no deposit bonus on Askgamblers, but a week ago I finally went through no deposit bonuses on Askgamblers and noticed the 5eur freebie. As I usually say, it's not that much about the chip value as it just allows us to test the casino without depositing first.
So I visited the casino and started the registration process. I entered the code from Akgamblers yet the registration form showed the code was invalid. I tried twice and then decided to ask support what's wrong and if the code was valid. I had a conversation with live support and to be honest, it was very slow, I asked one question and had to wait around 15 minutes on chat only to be told that I'm gonna be transferred to a different team. But you know what happened instead? The agent transferred me to a different chat and then closed it! Truth be told it seemed somewhat funny how the situation was treated. Anyway, just to give them the benefit of the doubt, I went back to the registration form, filled it in, tried to used the code but it didn't work and proceeded with sign up. Verified my email and then tried to reach chat again. So this time the agent was trying to sell me the welcome bonus and how the free bonus had very low withdrawal limits and could only be withdrawn after deposit was made. This conversation reminded me of old Rival casinos that always tried to push their offers via live chat years ago. At the end I was able to get the free bonus of 5eur that I could play on a selected number of slots (not Microgaming or any of the well-known providers). I lost it on a slot called Magic Forest with a few minutes.
Well.. This is one of the rare times when I didn't enjoy my time at the casino. I feel like the first agent didn't take my question seriously just because I hadn't sign up yet, while the second one tried to push the welcome bonus. On another side, I think the casino navigation is unfriendly for players, the site is laggy and to top it all off, the game selection is quite displeasing- they have a few games from Microgaming and Blueprint but aside from that, nothing exciting, not even Netent. I surely won't be making a deposit there and I think there are much better casinos out there to try.
