Hi all, my name is Juan more known as magi on gambling online comunnity. Been around as for those who know me for long time and seen and experienced the worst and the best customer support / bonuses / games.
After some years i noticed most of casinos just took us as a number or $$$ if you want to call it someway. The one day we had no money, well come back when you do. Fast payouts and even faster deposits. Chat agent Rayen is the best in the bizz. She always goes above and beyond wo me even needing to ask. I probably would have stopped playing here a long time ago wo her care.

Decent wins are always followed by massive losses and it seems that the casino software is faulty at times.

Gonna cut to the chase, I rarely play at this casino. Made probably two deposits in the whole life time of my membership with them, I won a good amount one time after depositing that very second time——cashed out and thought everything was cool...until I made the tournament list ...twice. Even cooler right ? Nope ...Was e mailed about it and saw my e mail on the score board ...one of the list I think I made 13th place and the other 40th place or somewhere near those numbers. Happily Signed on to the casino to see my free spins not issued yet contacted support and they told me they will be issued shortly. That there’s a “guy” that comes in and deals with the tournament lists. A few days later no free spins issued either I contact support again. And they asked me to be patient and wait. I’m more annoyed About them lieing. If I did not make the list, why hadn’t they told me the first time I reached out to them instead of telling me to wait and that they should be issued shortly???
