Hey, I am trying this as a last chance of getting my money. I was playing at this casino a few months ago, both casino and sports.

My stakes are pretty high and I liked this site. But suddenly my account was closed. I had a pending withdrawal and also money in my account. When I contact support they never help. They tell me they will look into it and contact me by mail, but then I never hear back from them. They also often just ignore me or leave the chat.

This has been going on for a long time now and nothing seems to happen. I just want to be able to log into my account and withdraw my funds. I have never received any news about why it is closed.

I have added photos that proof that I have had active withdrawals, even though it says my account does not exist. The pending withdrawal of 13k Tron was never received and I had some more funds as well (not 100% sure how much as it is a long time ago now). Probably around 10k dollars.

Over a year ago, I sent a request via email to close my account permanently within their network as I had a gambling issue. They did not even reply, and a few months passed until I noticed it was open, so I kept playing.

I made another request by mail again, and again.. and again. As per their terms and conditions state ”To initiate self-exclusion, contact us at [email protected], stating your reasons. Note that requests submitted by email are not processed instantly, and we are not liable for funds lost during the period between your request and our confirmation.”

I even contacted them via chat, where I was instructed how to set a self-exclusion myself, but this was not possible, so I sent another email.

I have screenshots of my first request made 11th of March 2024, and every other one sent via mail after that. They have not even responded to it yet.

I would understand of they dont cover any losses during a email request working maximum 1-2 days when request of closure due to gambling issue, but since it is GAMBLING ISSUE, and my first request was made in march 2024, and my first deposit after that was a couple of months later, the account should not be open under any circumstances after that.

I have tried to contact the casino before, I have requested all my data, I have gone to forums to get all the assistance I can get, but without any success in getting my refund.

From what I could see in my transactions, I've made at least 6 deposits in TRX and lost around 1386,37 TRX.

And at least 18 deposits in XRP/ Ripple, I lost around 1303,18 XRP.

Crypto-games are trying to scam me leaving me with a bad experiences.

It's getting so frustrating that i must cry out for your assistance towards getting my unpaid withdrawal back because CRYPTO-GAMES are not willing to pay me my money of 77 USD, several times i tried to login my complaint to them regarding my prolonging withdrawal via their provided email and online support but none yielded no results as I keep waiting without getting no response, I have sent text massages via email requesting why my withdrawal was excessively delaying but sadly no feedback was received, every day I keep waiting for their reply on their online support but no response.

When I went through their website terms and conditions, it was clearly written that withdrawals only take within 15 minutes it has been 4 full working days and I still haven't got my money paid or receive any response regarding the whereabouts of my money.

Before now communication channels are functioning but ever since my withdrawal was made I am unable to gain access to all communications channels from both email and online support making everything frustrating even more, also i made a search and I found out that there are many people with similar issues.

They are constantly stalling with excuses and there are complaints about the casino on trustpilot another and many other places and you don't see them, the casino doesn't pay and makes excuses for everyone.

It's been 2 weeks and the casino is not paying me my money. I won 65000 USD and they have gone completely silent. According to the casinos terms and conditions they say payouts are instant and they are totally nothing but scammers. Please help me get the money that they owe me and if not please be sure to warn everyone not to play at this casino.
