Did not close my account as requested due to gambling issue
Hello.
Over a year ago, I sent a request via email to close my account permanently within their network as I had a gambling issue. They did not even reply, and a few months passed until I noticed it was open, so I kept playing.
I made another request by mail again, and again.. and again. As per their terms and conditions state ”To initiate self-exclusion, contact us at support@crypto-games.io, stating your reasons. Note that requests submitted by email are not processed instantly, and we are not liable for funds lost during the period between your request and our confirmation.”
I even contacted them via chat, where I was instructed how to set a self-exclusion myself, but this was not possible, so I sent another email.
I have screenshots of my first request made 11th of March 2024, and every other one sent via mail after that. They have not even responded to it yet.
I would understand of they dont cover any losses during a email request working maximum 1-2 days when request of closure due to gambling issue, but since it is GAMBLING ISSUE, and my first request was made in march 2024, and my first deposit after that was a couple of months later, the account should not be open under any circumstances after that.
I have tried to contact the casino before, I have requested all my data, I have gone to forums to get all the assistance I can get, but without any success in getting my refund.
From what I could see in my transactions, I've made at least 6 deposits in TRX and lost around 1386,37 TRX.
And at least 18 deposits in XRP/ Ripple, I lost around 1303,18 XRP.
