This casino doesn’t offer any responsible gambling tools. On August 20th I requested a self exclusion. I cc’d a casino reviewing site that received my email and saw the proof. Crown Casino ignored my demand to self-exclude and kept luring me in with bonuses instead. Bonuses which never led to wins.
After giving me constant runaround, they finally honoured the self exclusion 32 days later and after several thousands more in deposits. I will claim those funds back as I have proof of all correspondance.
Beware of this casino with their Anjouan licensing. They have a terrible service and will try to get as much money from you as possible, ignoring any requests for asking closures, limits and exclusions.
The VIP department is awful. They will promise you the world just to keep you depositing.
