ComeOn Casino - Closed my account 28th January

Hi,

Im writing this complaint here in hopes of me getting response quicker. On Jan 28th my account with comeon suddenly got closed, when I was playing on the account the very same day. I read in their T&C and found this:

The customer support team will provide support related to the Site. Complaints are handled by the Company in accordance with the contact information found on the Site. The following e-mail address can be used; [email protected]. All inquiries and complaints must be directed to the customer support team in writing or in electronic format. A complaint shall be deemed to have been submitted in a valid manner when it contains clear information regarding the player's identity and gives all relevant details giving rise to the complaint. In the first instance, a Senior Customer Support staff member will thoroughly investigate the matter together with the appropriate personnel or 3rd party vendors, as necessary, and will advise the customer of the outcome within 7 business days of receiving the official complaint. If the customer is still not satisfied with the outcome of the investigation, the dispute can be escalated to the Head of Customer Support who will give a final response to the dispute within 7 business days.

This is taken directly from their own Terms, and its now been 11 business days since I submitted the complaint, and I have only gotten answers its getting delayed for some reason, but its clearly stated in terms thats I will have a clear answer within 7 business days of me submitting the complaint.

I hope by showing AskGamblers this, but also other people, I will make everyone aware of their behaviour.

In the evidence submitted together with my complaint here you can clearly see emails where I state to them multiple times that they breach their own t&c, but clearly don't care about it. Also making the file public so people can see for themselves that they simply don't care about breaching their own T&C

After depositing £200 in seconds trying to withdraw my winnings is a different ballgame, 25hrs after sending them copies of my driving licence and actual bank card and two wasted calls to live chat has still not happened. Used to be a fast trust worthy casino, simple navigation, used to be good. Used to have the feeling of legit casino.

They have this Quiz, I came place 26 and won 50fs that was supposed to be 2,60kr worth. I got credited my spins, played them and thought the winnings was a little low so I saw that the spins only was worth 1kr. Been trying to get this resolved for nearly a week now. Every time I write to them they say they escalate the matter or that the matter is escalated. I get the feeling they just have a note that says to say that, when I emailed it seemed they didnt know anything about the matter. On first contact they said the spins would be fixed the next day but it hasnt happend for nearly a week now. I wonder how this works with the Swedish license, it was a competition and I didnt get the said prize. In my eyes it looks like a breach. Was a good casino, wouldn't put in more money there anymore.

I set my deposit limit to 20 per month. But still was allowed to deposit a further 320! I was enjoying the site otherwise and staff seemed friendly and supportive. Im just upset about this as I have now spent more then planned

So far so good. Found this casino today and deposited quite a bit but was lucky with a few big wins.

Casino is easy to navigate and the customer service is good so far.

Have sent through documents so awaiting verification then will be making a nice withdrawal.

Definitely a good site and if the verification and withdrawal process is quick then they are a top casino and the only casino I will be playing at going forward. Hopefully this goes without a hitch.

Can only withdraw £4000 per transaction. But having spoke to customer service although you can only withdraw £4000 per transaction you can do multiple transactions so not a major negative.

5 eur fee for withdrawals. So, if withdrawal is 100 eur, effective fee is 5%
Slower than average withdrawals (around 24 hours). At 5 eur fee you might expect something more up to date.

So, overall it is a nice casino, but it is extremely expensive to play there since comeon has decided to operate and profit as a bank, too. Clearly there are cheaper options available.

I won around 2500 usd I want to withdraw I spoke to chat member. She told me I need to apply for withdraw. Then I ask should I need to sent my documents she told me no if casino ask then sent
Then I wait 24 hours for my withdraw not come and I did not get any email also
Then I played and lost 2500.
It's a trick to the casino pending the withdraw so player can calcel the withdraw and loss all money.
It's no good.
