ComeOn Casino - Closed my account 28th January

Hi,

Im writing this complaint here in hopes of me getting response quicker. On Jan 28th my account with comeon suddenly got closed, when I was playing on the account the very same day. I read in their T&C and found this:

The customer support team will provide support related to the Site. Complaints are handled by the Company in accordance with the contact information found on the Site. The following e-mail address can be used; [email protected]. All inquiries and complaints must be directed to the customer support team in writing or in electronic format. A complaint shall be deemed to have been submitted in a valid manner when it contains clear information regarding the player's identity and gives all relevant details giving rise to the complaint. In the first instance, a Senior Customer Support staff member will thoroughly investigate the matter together with the appropriate personnel or 3rd party vendors, as necessary, and will advise the customer of the outcome within 7 business days of receiving the official complaint. If the customer is still not satisfied with the outcome of the investigation, the dispute can be escalated to the Head of Customer Support who will give a final response to the dispute within 7 business days.

This is taken directly from their own Terms, and its now been 11 business days since I submitted the complaint, and I have only gotten answers its getting delayed for some reason, but its clearly stated in terms thats I will have a clear answer within 7 business days of me submitting the complaint.

I hope by showing AskGamblers this, but also other people, I will make everyone aware of their behaviour.

In the evidence submitted together with my complaint here you can clearly see emails where I state to them multiple times that they breach their own t&c, but clearly don't care about it. Also making the file public so people can see for themselves that they simply don't care about breaching their own T&C

I played at ComeOn over some years from time to time. It started off pretty well, and everything seemed to be smooth with both games and payments. After losing quite a lot of money, I was finally asked to verify my account which I did and it went pretty smooth.

I came back after a few months, as they offered me a big deposit bonus, probably to reel me back in, which is fine, but when claiming the offer, I got error messages and was asked to contact support. After waiting over two hours for support to answer my chat, I got kicked out of the chat system. When trying to reconnect the chat was closed. I then contacted them again the day after, when the deposit bonus was no longer available under my rewards. They then refused to give me the bonus that they offered, and did not let me withdraw the money that I deposited either, even though the bonus should have been credited, and there were clearly issues on their end. They forced me to turn over the amount "one time", which led me to lose most of the deposit, and they were not interested in taking any responsibility of bonus not being given as promised, chat not working as intended, and then rudely tell me that I should rather choose another site to play if I was so unhappy... So I excluded my account and will not be coming back...

Great casino experience! Their site is super modern and well organised when it comes to Casino Games and Sportsbook. I liked a lot the fact the Game Search was so efficient when searching for a game.

Had issue with topping up my account with Revolut. Had to contact customer support in order to transfer the funds in the end. It took around half day cause it was around 10pm but the customer support agent was very friendly and helpful.

The worst experience ever with ComeOn. First I had to fight for getting my balance added to my account. Secondly, when I asked for refund, they said it will received in three days, later they added it in my balance instead of refunding back. Now from past 7 days, I am fighting for refund, they don't allow to withdraw as they have a foolish capping of minimum withdrawal amount.
ComeOn doesn't want to refund they only give different excuses. Customer care support is pathetic. Don't ever fall prey to this portal.

If I cancel my withdrawal, I will not automatically refund the service charge of $ 5 at this time. They have to be constantly asked and still do not return all. They don't leave the documents, even though I ask for cancellation withdrawals where they show all cancellations I have made. Event tracking is tricky because deposit, withdrawal, or withdrawal can not be filtered separately.

I liked the customer support service is pretty quick to reply.
There are not so many positive things to say about this site unfortunately the ones that had a good experience was by luck.

The withdrawal took over 23 days and they blamed the regulations, but after reading other players reviews i understand is a habit already to find excuses. I was told next week 3 times already and still did not got my win!
Customer service follows indications to answer and keep calm customers but they are not really working on cases!
They dont show you all cashout options. They have many offers that dont really match. I bought spins in the shop and got money to bet on sport even it was not my interest and so on...😏
Promotions none.
Quality of games is pretty slow and every time I'm getting logged out from the page with no reason.
If it spins to win you will get errors and so on.
Definetely not a site to recommend.

The site was somewhat clear. It is easy to navigate. You can deposit fast via Trustly. It is easy to set your own limits or self exclude with just a few clicks.

The site was somewhat slow. I was kicked out of the game more than once. Once even in the middle of being about to enter the bonus game; when I returned to the game, it had just stopped, and who knows what would have happened.

I didn’t get to withdraw; but I understand, that if you withdraw, even via Trustly, they aren’t processed instantly, even though with Trustly this would be possible & many casino sites use this.

Very good casino, I've never had any problems with Comeon casino. Very nice customer service, relatively short time on withdrawal max 24 hours. Documents were verified the same day I signed up.

I have nothing negative to point out at Comeon casino
They do not have any bad promotions or offers.
The only thing I can say that is a bit negative is that the deposit method with Skrill and Neteller does not qualify for a bonus.

I like the great variety of slots, a lot of bonus offers, good support and payment options. The Casino site looks professional and it easy to find what you’re looking for.

I don’t think the Casino like it too much if you to use the touch function in the slots, And compared to other Casinos it is unfortunately not very easy to win.
