Live help response time is slow (if at all)..
I am concerned in regards to the complaint placed on the site in regards to credit card payment (see complaint section).. I enjoyed the selection of games offered and found their welcome bonus and wagering that goes with it fair.
I do not like how long it took to get the withdrawal approved and that I ended up having to post a complaint on AskGamblers before the casino started responding to me. Their limits in their weekly card withdrawals doesn't seem fair to me and is something I have never come across before (see my complaint on here).
Also while trying to get the complaint resolved I was lied to several times. There were many times throughout different times of the day where live help was not available which is not good/helpful.
