Page 2 – Player Reviews for Club Riches Casino

This is a really good online casino. I am usually hesitant to try new places but I was drawn to the generous new member offer. But most importantly, Club Riches has very trustworthy, fast and efficient payments system.
I enjoy the weekend offers the most. I've contacted the customer support a couple of times - quick and professional. I have no complaints, whenever I log in, it's a pleasant experience. Thumbs up from me!

I strongly recommend signing up to Club Riches! It has become my go-to online casino very quickly. I've had had a better experience and better winnings compared to other sites. The minimum deposit can be as low as $5 which is super convenient, plus you don't have withdrawals that are extremely quick. Customer service is great, quick to respond, and helpful.

I do love their design when it comes to the home site as it is all interactive and I do find it very easy to use as well. There are a lot of people who say that they still needed more games to choose from but I think that the win in this site is the variety of payment methods available in the long run. That is why I love to play on this site since it is not much hassle. That is the biggest factor that sets them apart from all of the other sites that I have played in.

When you think about the flaws for this site, I think the lack of options in deposits and withdrawals are a major drawback at this point. I think it is very important that we keep a keen eye on how they process this because I do really not trust it to do well on that note since they have very few options when it comes to transactions.

This is a great casino! Games load quickly, winning ratio is good, variety of payment methods for deposit and fast withdrawals. Simple interface, a lot of slots to choose from, a lot of bonuses too. I participate in tournaments all the time - cash drops are great. It's been a pleasant experience so far.
I highly recommend giving Club Riches a go.

Excited to share my positive experience!
I have made three deposits now and got 100% bonus on each, I almost feel bad haha!
I have been extremely lucky to win on so many slots BUT their withdrawals are extremely quick - definitely one of the quickest I’ve ever ever experienced.

I use bank transfer and I received it within 24 h! Huge fan of the name and color palette - feels lush & luxe.
They also have a high limit on bet amount whilst wagering (not the annoying $1.50 max as many other casinos do for welcome bonuses).

Thank you so much for going an extra mile to make your customers happy. You’re my new favorite!

Generous bonuses for newbies. I can start the game with a minimum deposit and get a bonus as well, which is a win-win situation for me since I like to test the waters before depositing large sums into new casinos.
For fellow Canadians - there's Interac!

ClubRiches have good games thanks to Play’n GO and NoLimit City but their games are not featured up front. The promotions are generous with forgiving requirements so I don’t have a problem.
It is a good casino but it can be better.

Other game providers have boring games so It is thanks to Evolution, Play’n GO and NoLimit City that I play.
I’m confused why blackjack is separate page from table games but there are blackjack games under table games. There is also few options of live casino so it is boring sometimes.

Nothing, why do I have leave 150 characters in the positive when there is nothing positive to say. Kind of ridiculous when I only want to leave a negative review.

Betting limits on blackjack games are not what is being advertised. Joined because the showed several high limit Blackjack games but when I made a deposit and started playing and tried to increase my bet it wouldnt allow me to increase my bet above $125 on one game showing a $5000 limit and another game showing a $100000 limit. Asked that my deposit be returned as I had a nice streak going and couldn't increase my bets. I would not have joined and made a deposit if the limits were shown correctly. Very unfair and horrible customer service.

I use Interac to make deposits & withdraw funds and nothing to complain about, quick and easy.
Games and Live chat are good too.
My experience with ClubRiches has been pleasant so far.
From the moment I log in, the whole experience is very smooth.

I gave this new casino a go based on positive reviews I read. I'm glad I did because I wasn't disappointed! What a great place to have some fun on weekends. I received a 150% bonus on my Bitcoin deposit and have been receiving loads of other offers to my email. it looks more classy than your 'typical' casino, I like that Club Riches has a distinctive branding!

Honestly, this casino deserves more attention!!! I'm impressed by the variety of payment methods & list of providers.
I played all my favourites there. Registered a couple of days ago, just in time for their black Friday offer, so good. They do offers all the time.
And like somebody mentioned in other review - their welcome bonus is incredible too. I got three 100%

I found this casino on a review website few weeks ago, apparently they are new. I gave it a go, because at that time they were giving free spins. And I was pleasantly surprised! I chatted to customer support about payment options, providers, licence, etc. and they answered each of my questions instead of directing me to FAQ like other casinos. Funds withdrawal was quick. I received it on the same day. I was excited to see many of my favourite games by Microgaming and Wazdan that are often missing elsewhere. Also like the sleek design, looks fancy.
So far no complaints.

Been playing at Club Riches for about 2 months now. Never had any problem - fast payouts, many deposit options, a ton of games to choose from PLUS they add new games all the time.
I particularly enjoy their variety and frequency of promotions.
They reward their players very well.

I registered with this casino because they offered the highest welcome bonus I could find. Few spins on slots and I won over $300... so I'm very happy. Customer support helped me to verify my account and then I made a withdrawal. Everything quick and easy, I chose Bitcoin and the money arrived to my wallet within a couple of minutes.

It's difficult to say what I dislike when my first experience was smooth & met my expectations for an online casino. So right now, I don't have anything negative to say about Club Riches...

I made 2 deposits of 50 euros each to this casino, from the second deposit I won 250 euros, during the withdrawal I uploaded all the necessary documents to verify the account, but then they cancelled the withdrawal and wrote that they needed other documents, they asked for a document of a state-recognized citizen, but exactly I gave it to them, they say it doesn't fit, it's not about the quality of the photo, it's not about the quality of the photo, they need another citizen's document, I explained to them a hundred times that this is a national document of the state standard, but they still ask, because I gave them exactly that what they ask for plus another selfie with the document.
I also sent them a bank statement in electronic form to confirm the address, but they ask for a stamp on it, you understand how ridiculous it is, because the document that I provided has both the seal and the signature of the one who made this seal, they obviously turned on the fool and do not want I do not have to pay the documents that they are asking for, in fact the documents that they are asking for are exactly the documents that I gave them, this is unrealistically unfair to me.
Then I left a complaint with AskGamblers about Club Riches casino, but they dismissed my complaint, thereby justifying the actions of the casino, they clearly did not understand what I wanted to say and what my situation was, they considered that the accusations were not justified, but oh well, I resigned myself, the situation controversial, but I hope at least the review will be published.
After my complaint was rejected, I went back to the chat at Club Riches, I told them that I do not have the documents they are asking for, because I uploaded the documents according to their conditions, and I asked to return at least my deposit, but this is what they are refused, no deposit, no winnings, I have nothing else to do, because I don’t have what they ask for, I sent them a national document of the state standard, a selfie with this document, a bank statement with a seal and signature.
It is clear, I will not return my money, but I am writing this review so that others are careful, if someone reads this review before playing Club Riches, stop, there are thousands of casinos in the world, there are full inadequacies in Club Riches, they will find any reason to do not pay. I wrote this out of my own experience, I hope you read this and think well before playing Club Riches.
