I’ve been a high-volume player at Chanced.com, wagering over $50,000 a month and generating more than $60,000 a year in revenue for their platform. Despite this, Chanced has shown a complete lack of respect for loyal customers.
After repeated requests for a bonus that matches industry standards (which are easily met by competitors like Stake.us), Chanced ignored my proposals and failed to respond to multiple communications. Their so-called “bonuses” are a joke-$30 a week for literally tens of thousands in play is insulting and nowhere near what other reputable platforms offer. Additionally, they offer no monthly bonus to anyone, including high-value players and their VIP level up bonuses are roughly one-tenth of what stake.us offers its VIPs.
Worse, when I asked to close my account, they insisted I use self-exclusion-a process that unfairly implies I have a gambling problem, which is absolutely not the case. This is a manipulative and unethical tactic to avoid proper account closure and to sidestep their responsibilities to players.
Customer service is non-existent, and the platform’s refusal to engage with high-value players speaks volumes about their priorities. If you’re looking for a casino that values your play, rewards loyalty, and treats you with respect, avoid Chanced.com at all costs. The only thing I like about the casino literally at all is the pack they have instant redemptions. Other than that everything about the casino is really quite terrible. 3x playthrough on all deposits that must be done on specified games excluding table games or instant win games nor are vip points and rakeback earned on those games either. They have the worst vip program ive ever encountered. Wagers on instant win games dont get added to your bet history nor do they add to your wagering or vip progress. Lvl up rewards are an embarrassment....$14 lvl up bonus for "wagering" 250k (countable wagers only) no other bonuses of any kind whatsoever. The Armenian customer support barely comprehend english. You have to literally explain everything like you would to a child because they don't understand any nuances whatsoever. The rakeback is only available for specific slots no other games. And the rakeback is on average as follows .03cent per $1000 wagered. Weekly bonus is now down to 3$ or less after only after you wager several thousands the prior week. I would say that their VIP system is absolutely non-existent and it's the worst I've ever seen anywhere land-based or online. There's only two words I can think of to describe the VIP system: one word is pathetic and the other word is embarrassing.
