Make a $50 deposit on 3/30/25. Account immediately locked and could no longer place any bets. Chat support suggested I clear cache and some other technical fixes that did not work. On 3/31, chat support escalated my ticket to the admin team. Chanced has been unresponsive to any new tickets or e-mails since that day. Not one response since. My account is not locked although I cannot do anything on the site other than play in the settings. Why no responses since the ticket was escalated? I was told 24-48 hours and it's been 3 weeks. Tickets are closed with no responses.
Refund my $50 Chanced. Bad business.
