Chanced casino has strung me along, saying their payment process was backed up.

My redemption was January 5th, 2025.

I have messages and emails from them saying it also they won't respond.

I have money still in there that I can't use as well. This is bs. And they won't respond now, also aren't allowing me to even play it comes up as an error every time.

My redemption was for $1600.00 and they also have $453.16 they have locked that is still playable funds.
