I was playing Ragnawark-40k for $80/ each spin and hit the bonus for 8 rounds. The multiplier starts at 2x the amount you win each spin, if you do win something. The multiplier continues to go up if you continue to win. My multiplier went all the way up to 4,000. The last 3 multipliers I had that didn't add up correctly were 1,000x's ... 2,000x's... then lastly 4,000x's what my spin won, and it won all 3. As soon as I saw the 1,000 x's not look right, I was trying to stop it if I could. But I could not, unfortunately. I immediately went straight to support and messaged them about the situation. They wouldn't/didn't even respond to me for a full 24 hours, so I knew at this point it was going to be a problem.

They at first tried to talk me into just taking the bogus $500 and justifying it as "this is what it is," but I was not falling for the okie'doke. They put me on "hold" a good 20 times, hoping I'd give up while they spoke to their upper management. They busted themselves out and brought up $2,000'n something that it was first, and that wasn't the case. (Lie) I then asked them over and over to show me my spin again if the $500 total was right, and they wouldn't. They refused, so that's when I knew the lies were just going to continue. They even tried to kick me off the platform with the "location" issue, and I just screenshot it like the rest, with time, etc.

lol After hours and hours, they were now contacting the owners of the game, but still not replaying the 8 spins to simply prove to me that I was wrong. What they ended up doing after a full day or so of BS'ng me they completely removed the "support" message button so I had no way of contacting them anymore. I gave them 90 days to fix this, and now it's time to do something. I have everything y'all should need as far as spin#, screenshots of messages, etc. Please will you help me?? This is $80/spins, so it's not even possible for the $500, doing simple math. That's what I kept telling them, I mean, it was insulting my intelligence to begin with.. You can go on the Slotmill app and just do a practice round and see that they owe me A LOT OF MONEY

Oh, thank you so much Askgamblers!!! But, unfortunately the payout for that 8 spin bonus round is WAAAAY more than $2,000.. i can't jyst guess exactly but over $100,000. I was playing $80/spin, not .50 cents.... for instance, if i was to win $4/ on one spin that $16,000.. example given was playing $60/spin x won few cents x62's .. @$975, thats jyst x 62... i went all the way up to 4,000 x's... oh no, way more than @$2,000.

$2,000 was just a number they threw out there to see if id bite, but absolutely not. They owe me atleast $100,000.. if they lied to me, then tried to kick me off with the location issue, and then removed the "support button" all together?...instead of just "replaying my bonus spins" tells me and the entire world that I'm right. How hard is it to replay my bonus? Riiiiight? Give me my money @Chanced Casino. I was playing $80 a spin.... own up to the truth, or ill continue with the lawyer. I have the spin numbers, conversations with support, the lies, i have everything. Yall can't just delete the entire bonus round spins all together?? Thats a court case to swear by if you did. Js
