I joined casino lab around august and had to verify myself after a withdrawal request as expected and after a couple days was verified and funds released but I was lucky enough to win again last week and submitted a withdrawal request and was agin asked to verify. I sent off the same things and id and address approved right away but bank card still not verified. Have asked if theres a problem but been reassured they will get to it. Its been nearly 6 days and being based in uk I of course have to wait but I was wanting to deposit which I can with that card but wondering whats the point if i cant withdraw without having to risk being verified again so although I like the site, the games are pretty good and the look is good its frustrating as a player to have to wait to be veified every time I can withdraw. Not sure why some casinos do this but its not an enjoyable time knowing if you win you might have to wait weeks to see any cash.
This site looks too well put together to be so bad at sorting withdrawals in a timely fashion so hard to recommend at moment cos seeing too many similar posts about same issue from this casino. Surely they realise if they pay on time more people will deposit more so I'll update what happens but at moment I"m back to being frustrated at the slowness of a simple process.

The only thing is the effort to get a withdrawal sorted in a timely fashion. It's hard to have brand loyalty to a site that frustrates the players who use it.

I signed up to Casino Lab 2 months ago and won £400. After requesting the withdrawal I was asked to provide ID and proof of address which is standard procedure, to which immediately sent them. A few days later I was then asked to send my bank card, again I did, yet my ID document is still pending. After uploading all of the documents I was now asked for a notarized ID which costs £150 as it needs to be signed by a solicitor or Dr. I dont think this is reasonable at all.

Now my ID document is still showing pending review after 2 month which is not the protocol CasinoLab have, as they claim to have documents reviewed within 3-5 days. I have been on the customer chat 4 times as of today with the first 3 occasions I was told the same thing that they are sorry for the inconvenience and that the 3-5 day allotted time has passed and they will escalate it to the relevant team yet everytime there is no update or outcome.

Now today 02.11.21 I was told once again that this is going to be escalated when quite frankly I feel the same thing is going to happen, I'll be left in the dark over this matter once again. I feel that my patience has gotten me nowhere unfortunately and after trying to sort this matter internally I have no option but to take to forums in order to get a response from casino lab

I think Casino lab is one of the newer casinos to join this group and I have had a smooth experience with them. I mean most casinos are okay during your registration, depositing and claiming bonuses and free bonuses, etc. Some of us judge 90% of the time withdrawals and verifications.

We all love money – That's right! When someone says money is not everything they are lying to you! I mean if I win even just 200 euros on a casino when depositing 20, I am super happy and cannot wait to get my money, so that is why fast verification and withdrawals are a big thing for me when it comes to online casinos.

So, let us look at what I experienced. Registration was a bit long, had to fill in every little detail about myself, sometimes I do not like that, I just want to register with my email, set a password, and off I go…

The overall look of the site is okay, with a few laggy issues to be honest and the filters are okay. Over 1300 games from many providers, but the live casino game section is still a bit small.

Deposit options for me were e-wallets and bank transfer, however, payment methods are managed by Geo, so understandable, however, the only option is bank transfer, with other deposit methods like Neteller and Skrill I cannot make deposits to claim bonuses.

I claimed the first deposit bonus with 300 spins to take them for a drive. I had a good run, cleared more than half my wager, but in the end, lost it all.

So overall I rate them a 6 out of 10, but would most probably have more to say and rate depending on my verification and withdrawal experience, but according to their terms, verification can take up to 48 hours and withdrawals up to 72 hours, which is something I already don’t like… Also looking at the complaints history for verification and withdrawals scares me a bit already.

So games and bonuses seem very good, I hope when I make a withdrawal they will not scare me away. I really think they need to add more Push Gaming slots, Mystery Museum is not enough.

I was asked to take a look at Casino Lab whilst writing a review for another website and thought I may as well share my findings here too. The Genesis Global group seems to launch a new casino every month these days - sometimes two - and whilst some of those casinos such as Pelaa and Casino Cruise are highly respected casinos with a huge following, their portfolio also contains some questionable casinos such as Casoola and Casino Joy.

My investigations have revealed that whilst all these casinos come under the Genesis umbrella, they seem to be operated by different teams with different management, so even if you trust another Genesis casino that doesn't automatically mean you can trust Casino Lab.

The good Genesis Global casinos are likely to suffer as a result of their affiliation with the bad ones because they all operate under the same license numbers from the MGA and UKGC. I'm not sure if this workaround is strictly "legal" or rather, allowed, as I don't know if there is actually a law against it. It makes little difference though in real terms.

My personal experience of signing up with Casino Lab included receiving a "Welcome Infusion", which is their name for a 4 stage welcome bonus including 300 free spins on Play'N'Go's excellent Grid Slot Reactoonz.

Casino Lab only launched in the second half of 2020 and yet there are numerous poor reviews for this casino over at TrustPilot, as you'll soon see if you search for them on Google.

There are wagering requirements attached to any winnings gained from the free spins from the "welcome infusion", therefore, be sure to only play these once you have finished, lost, or made a withdrawal from your deposited funds if you don't want to have to deal with additional wagering requirements.

It is really annoying that the 300 spins are spread out across 10 days, this is an obvious ploy to keep you coming back to the casino day after day, and let's face it many of us are going to choose to make deposits when we have played our free spins whatever the result of them may be.

Worse still, even after completing wagering from my free spins, I found there to be a maximum withdrawal attached to them which was extremely low and resulted in more than 80% of my winnings being confiscated when I requested a withdrawal.
