They changed the rules. If I do not mistake, then you have to make at least 1 deposit in half a year otherwise the account will be closed.

Some of the game rules are extremely poorly explained and triggering some of the bonus games seem to be worse here than anywhere else I have gambled.
I put £400 into one machine and never triggered it once. The chat staff are under trained and fail to pass on complaints when you make them. The managers claim human error on thier part is no big deal when you call them out on on thier chat staff incompetence. The bonus points system known as rubies are pityful at best.

The WORST thing about this casino is that they DO NOT look after their loyal players.
