Some of the game rules are extremely poorly explained and triggering some of the bonus games seem to be worse here than anywhere else I have gambled.
I put £400 into one machine and never triggered it once. The chat staff are under trained and fail to pass on complaints when you make them. The managers claim human error on thier part is no big deal when you call them out on on thier chat staff incompetence. The bonus points system known as rubies are pityful at best.
Withdraw times are far too slow
Customer service staff are generally unhelpful and can be quite rude.
It's an all round poor play to play online casino games.

Nothing really was poor straight from the off poor customer service login that does wot it wants they are not happy to help at all if you have any problems make sure its an easy problem for them to sort because these people are clueless!!! BEWARE

Really poor customer service could login on my phone but soon as I tried to login on my computer or tablet my username or password was apprantly my wrong customer service did not have a clue some more training maybe!!!!!!! Stay well clear deposit at your own risk you have been warned!!!!
