I'm an experienced online gamer and I have been around long enough that I can safely say, I have tried them all. I'm not a big player at Casino Extreme. I play sporadically here the past couple of years and honestly just did my first cash out with them which I will address later in this review. The reason I don't play here as much is because the RealGaming slots are pretty tight and it can be frustrating to lose your money fast or faster than say a casino like Intertops where from my experience is more consistent as far as the opportunities to win are concerned. You probably are asking your self " well what does that mean?" ...It means that you actually retain a glimmer of hope that things will turn around even down to your last dollar and that's only because you widdled down your deposit only to make it back. Maybe double it, then go back down until finally the roller coaster ends with another loss and you beat yourself up thinking about the opportunities you could or would of should of.
Casino Extreme on the other hand doesn't play like that. But the times that is does payout - it can be big, really big. And if you can stop playing and get yourself over to the cashier to submit your withdraw request then what happens next is what separates this Casino from it well intentioned colleagues. Once they verify your not breaking the rules or doing anything shady or have no history of being a douche bag or whatever they will deposit your winnings into your account all of which takes either a few minutes or in some rare cases a few hours if their behind or if you haven't responded to something they need you to do, regardless the money you won will be in your account faster than any US facing casino on line. Period.
Therein lies the trade off of the stiff slot play...I see it as glass half-full.... half-empty kind of deal ....you can either be pissed off the slots play so tight or you can thank them for not wasting your time doing what every other legit casino offering real gaming software does which is the roller coaster play sequence and lets be honest is more enjoyable to play. Ultimately 9 out of 10 times you end up losing whether you play a long time or short time but if you play long enough at CE you'll figure out to take what they give you at any denomination even if its only your deposit you won back. Patience pays off here eventually. If you compare the withdrawal process at other casinos ( the reputable ones that are US facing ) then be prepared to wait 48 hours before anyone acknowledges your withdraw ...and pray you dont win on Friday night because for some reason there is no one around on the weekends which has always made zero sense to me since one would think that Friday and Saturday generate the most traffic for these guys...and the 48 hours wait i should have clarified is actually 2 business days ....so Friday nights win will take you all the way to Wednesday to get a withdrawal process started. And if your willing to wait that long and submit your withdraw request they leave all your money still in your account ....so it stares at you enticing you to take it back out for a spin which can be agonizing if it is a lot of money
Casino Extreme doesn't play those games. You submit your withdraw request and its taken off your balance. You submit your request a 6AM pacific time central time eastern time whatever time ..whatever day and someone will respond and initiate your withdrawal ....You need to talk to someone ? Try their chat ...within seconds on most occasions someone is there to help you. You ever get the feeling when you chat with these casinos that your talking to a 3rd party chat service that has NO idea what your're talking about and it takes 20 minutes to answer your question? Chat reps at CE Im pretty sure work at CE since they are the same reps that email you back (just as fast if you use email i might add) . The reps here are always concise and polite and actually answer your question. Never in the two years I have played here has one of there reps started a conversation with a solicitation of a bonus. Never have I been made to feel that my $25 deposit was small change or treated in differently.
So to sum things up ...I dont know who runs these casinos ...for all I know it could be some 16 year old kid running a home built server out of his parents house in Costa Rica. What I love most about Casino Extreme and Casino Brango is absolutely their customer service, they are the greatest guys (and girls) ever they help me anytime I need help always willing to throw me a chip or free spins if I've made a few deposits, I get a generous amount of the free chips and Spins too... sometimes it's hard to catch the playful sarcasm over a text or chat but I've never had an issue with any of them and trust me I'm always chatting them up, always! And those two are the only casinos I play religiously because of the instant payout. The machines could be looser I agree but when I do cash out it's a doozy LOL I deposited $35 and used their daily bonus the other day and cashed out $2,200 instantly.
