Didn't withdraw, but as some other players write it goes smooth. Twice I wont to close my account and every time friendly help gives me some small amount of chips for free just to stay, after really bad luck I finely close my account, just don't have luck there and I'm sorry for that.

There bonus is the worst Ive ever played. If you play a free spin bonus you are locked into that free spin game for your whole deposit most times.
