I Made the deposit using Casino welcome bonus. The bonus was credited but when I tried to spin slot gave me an error "reduce bet or deposit more".
I contacted the support and they emailed back saying I had sports bonus activated and they advised me to cancel the bonus if I were to play slot, I clearly had Casino bonus. Provided them with screenshots.
Even after cancelling my bonus, I get the same error.
The support guys are super slow in responding.
At this stage, I just want to get the money I deposited but apparently that's not possible becasue I can only make withdrawal on my winnings.
So I'm stuck with my deposit, can't make any bets or withdrawal.
