Account closed with $14,000 balance and $1,000 withdrawal

I was playing at Casino carnaval and won 15k usd.... the limit to withdraw is 10k but when i tried to withdraw this amount the operation was rejected by the casino...

So after my withdraw was rejected i did again another one of 1k, and was pending until they lock my account without my permission with the 14k inside...

When i tried to contact the casino chat they Just tell to send a email to [email protected] , but no one answer this email...

I think its to easy have a casino when the player finnaly win, you go and lock his account to dont pay the money
