My review after 1 day playing;
Registered this morning at 5.30 am, first thing I did was uploading my id documents on the verification page. Then I made a deposit of €50 (took no bonus). Around 7 am my balance was a little over €200 and I played till €150 and made a withdraw (€150).
At 16.00 pm I was curious how my verification and withdraw was doing so I looked at my account but nothing happened yet so I contacted support how my verification was doing. Support told me that the verification page was not working (strange because why can I upload documents if it doesn't work) and I have to send an email with the documents. I wonder if I not contacted support who had told me. Why don’t they sent me an email about it on the moment I made the withdraw? Also support was not friendly and rude (her name was Rita) on the other hand, it was a plus that I could chat in my own language.
So we didn't get off to a good start, hopefully, the withdraw doesn’t take too long (is now almost 10 hours) if that is also a disaster than I will not continue playing here. Withdraw time is for me the most important so they can still score points with this.
