Hello,
I contacted Campeonbet on Nov 27th because I have a gambling addiction. And I told them to close my account due to this.
They asked me to send a form and sign it and choose which period to close it. And they even wrote in the email that they offer me 10€ bonus if I continue to play with them. Of course having an addiction I took the 10€ as I lost all money this night. They sent me promotional material to trick me into playing again. As a result I keep playing and losing money. Note that this is not the first time the casino has done this to me. I have many times asked them to close my account due to gambling addiction before.
And they always allow me to play. When a person says to close the account due to gambling addiction it should be closed directly. And not wait to have a form signed in return. They failed their responsibility for responsible gaming. They should have closed it without asking me to send a form that is printed out and signed and offered me a bonus as a trick for me not to continue with the closure. Therefore, I am requesting a refund for the deposits I made after 27th November. Which is 1567€.

I think is remarkable that the casino doesn’t want resolve this situation. Specially when it has happened before and probably will happen again to others.

I tried to contact the casino myself but they seem to have blocked me from sending emails to them. This feels very strange and unprofessional of them.
