Hi. I’ve been making a withdrawal 10.000 NOK, but have been rejected multiple times.
First withdrawal bank tranfer request was 2-3 weeks ago, but rejected beacuse of SEPA, then they suggested E-wallets or crypto withdrawal .
I requested Jeton withdrawal 3 days ago which they approved, and got it on rewiew.
Now I Got an e-mail, that because of technical issues they Can not withdraw.
I have sent mutiple documents that they requested. Now they have technical issues, and requested other E-wallets or crypto.
I Can not have other payment methods due the restrictions, or limits.
This is exhausting, now it has been 3 weeks since my First request of withdrawal, and been rejected since. My account is verified, and I sent the documents they needed.

As your initial deposit was made via card, our standard procedure requires us to process the corresponding withdrawal through a bank transfer. However, since your bank account does not support SEPA transfers, we were unable to complete the withdrawal via this method.
To assist you further, we suggested an alternative solution by proposing a withdrawal via an e-wallet and you chose Jeton. While this was initially accepted we unfortunately encountered a technical issue which has prevented us from processing your withdrawal via Jeton at this time. Please rest assured that our technical team is currently investigating this matter thoroughly.
In the meantime, we have reached out to you again to offer additional alternatives and kindly asked if you might have access to a SEPA bank account so that we can complete your withdrawal without further delay.
We truly regret the inconvenience this has caused and remain fully committed to resolving the issue as swiftly and smoothly as possible.
