My name is < full name removed > and I am a cadoola casino player. I would like to report a problem and complaint. I did not use a bonus in the casino, I played with my own money. I won, but they refused to pay my prize to any financial instrument.

1. Payment request

I asked for the bank card I used to pay for the game. Embossed card, valid card, can accept foreign currency, I regularly pay with it abroad, no banking problems. My payment request has been cancelled.

I wrote to customer service and they told me to choose an IBAn number.

2. Payment request

I entered an IBAN number belonging to a Revolut account, which also belongs to my name.This claim has also been cancelled. I wrote to the customer service again that neither payment was successful.

3. Payment request

I gave customer service my bank account details, which are connected to the visa card used for the payment.


At the moment, I am at the point where they are not willing to transfer my own money. I have 3 payment options, all in my own name.

I write to the online customer service in vain, they do not help me, they leave the conversation.

In all cases, I entered an international format, all my data is real, everything is in my own name, and everything works. I have been waiting for the money to be disbursed for more than a week. I also filed a complaint with the casino yesterday, but I still haven't received a response.

I took a screenshot of everything, which shows that my bonus balance is 0 and my real balance is HUF 200,000.

I want to get my money.

Cadoola Casino - Withdrawal way past normal processing time
Good day AskGamblers.com,

I have used your website for many years when looking for new casinos. I registered as a member only today to register a complaint.

I believe I have properly read all the instructions on how to do this correctly and understand what not to do.

My case is quite simple, I have been a member of Cadoola Casino since Wed, Mar 27, 2019.

At some point I stopped playing there but started playing there again in May of this year (2023). I think it is a good casino and made many deposits and several withdrawals on there since May 2023. Those deposits and withdrawals were processed and sent to me in between 24 and 72 hours. I use MuchBetter for deposits and withdrawals on Cadoola. I have email receipts of those withdrawals, such as when the withdrawals were made, and the subsequent emails saying when the withdrawals had been fully processed, and after checking my MuchBetter account saw that indeed the money had been received each time.

However, on June 26. 2023, at 3:25 a.m. I made a withdrawal of $175 CAD and on June 27, 2023, at 1:47 a.m., another withdrawal of $200 CAD. Those withdrawals have not been processed yet and I am worried about them since it is taking so much time. I contacted Cadoola Chat Support three or four days after the first withdrawal of June 26. I think it was on June 30 or July 1, asking about the delay and I was told that withdrawals take 3 business days, which it had already been more than 3 business days.

On Wednesday, July 5, 2023, when it had been six to seven business days I emailed [email protected] a polite and detailed description of my withdrawals and asked about when my withdrawals would be processed, that was a week ago, they have not replied.

So, three days later, on July 8, I contacted Chat Support on their website again and I was not getting clears answers from their agent. I told the agent (Kevin) that he is supposed to be there to help me and to please give me answers and at the end he said:

“Thanks so much for your patience. I have just checked your gaming account. I see your withdrawal is in the final stage of being processed.
Moreover, I also just forwarded a request to the financial department in order to speed up your request.” ~

I told Kevin, “Great thank you Kevin, that's the answer I wanted to hear, have a nice day”.

I do have the complete transcript of that chat should you require it.

That was four days ago, and I have yet to receive my two withdrawals.

I will attach a screenshot of the two pending withdrawals to show their amounts, the date and time of the withdrawals as well as you can see a red X next to them, which allows one to cancel the withdrawal and get the money back into your account balance to continue playing with it. I should note that after I made those withdrawals, I continued depositing and playing for several days as normal, but did not win, and therefore, made no other additional withdrawals since. But since I saw the withdrawals were not coming, I have since stopped playing there to wait for the funds.

As you can see, it has now been more than 11 to 12 business days since the withdrawals were made.

Could you please help me?

The financial department working time. They only answer once per day, and doesnt matter if u answer them in seconds.
So this is a reason why verification takes much of time.

Fair welcome bonuses. Good support from kind and professional agents. Variety of games available. Overall it seems like an honest casino but still need improvement.

Max withdrawal is 750$ CAD and takes much time to get in your bank account compare to other premium casinos. Systems and website are buggy, as an example, withdrawal confirmation email is empty, some pages have error messages. Reward program is not really generous.

Withdrew more than a deposit

Casino could be better. Convenient (especially from the phone), without unnecessary garbage, constant chat support, bonuses. But the minuses spoil everything.

If anything, I'm sorry, I wrote with the help of a translator.

If a casino withdraws money and verification takes more than 12 hours, this is a bad casino!

But this! Withdrawal and verification takes 3 days !!! The first withdrawal of money is 6 days, because you wait 3 days for refusal to withdraw a request for verification, and then you wait for another 3 days for verification.

Do you know what's the funniest thing? The maximum withdrawal at a time 500 EUR. Despite the fact that they receive much more deposit, even a welcome bonus of up to 500 Euros, which means that the casino hopes only to get money, but not give it away!

If you make a deposit of 500 Euro and raised it to 2500 Euro, you will wait 15 days for withdrawal !!! But as practice shows, players all lose before the first payout! This is psychology! And the casino only counts on this, to breed its customers !!! Yes, they write that they can no longer withdraw due to the payment system, etc., then there is an iron argument, why then I can not put a lot of applications for withdrawal of 500 euros? Cadoola Casino is friendly to those who do not speak English very well, instructions are easy to understand and no need to translate (since there is no choice to translate to Chinese). They have a guide about bonus terms I can check out when I need to clarify info about my winnings from slots.

The site’s layout is fresh & modern. I like the colors & the brightness. The site (software) also functions fine, no problem with that. They have Trustly deposit which also worked, unlike Visa. This is better than Black Diamond Casino, so had to give 2 stars...

You can deposit as much as you want, but you can only withdraw 500 euros at a time, with a long pending time. They promise to get it sorted in max 3 business days; for me, it didn’t work that way. After 3 business days I started asking after my withdrawal; only then. I think the whole process was initiated. Well, finally I received it, after like 5 business days. Visa deposit was problematic; it seems to me my first Visa deposit disappeared somewhere, at least for a few days before it was refunded, or maybe for good. Can’t be sure about that (I have so much Visa traffic).

It is very problematic & dangerous that you cannot set ANY limits for yourself. No deposit limits whatsoever. It takes a long time waiting for your withdrawal of max 500 euros; meanwhile, you can cancel it at any time. They just want you to play & lose there as much money as possible. Luckily, in the end, I was at least able to exclude myself :D
There are many safer places & more reliable sites to play in.

Casino looked fine and I wanted to try it out. I saw the AG coin offer. When I clicked in, it said that it was just for the first 100 players, so I contacted the live chat to check if its still active. The chat host, told me that he couldn't see if its still active before I opened an account. I told him that I was not interested if I didn't get the bonus, and then I told me that he could credit me the bonus manually if campaign already had reached 100 players. Therefor I opened an account.

Problem was that when I contacted the live chat again ( directly after opening the account) they wouldn't give it to me. First they said that the campaign had reached 100 players, and was no longer available. When I said that I was told that I would get it anyway, I was told that live chat couldn't do it. After a little while I was told I could contact support by e-mail. They coudnt do anything. First I was told that it was only the administration that could credit bonuses manually. When I asked to get in contact with the administration, they just answered 2 or 3 times that I wouldn't get the bonus, without answering my question about getting in contact with administration. The last mail, they just told me that its impossible to get in contact with administration. I strongly recommend you to not even consider opening an account on this site,

Nice game selection at cadoola and nice site design. Don't expect to cashout your bonus to avoid disappointment. Other than that no major complaints here.

Cadoola is a very good casino and it looks like most of the AG coin casinos are pretty good to be fair. I like AG and always refer to it before trying new casinos and the AG coin is serving as a stamp of confidence for me right now. They have all the info on issues with so many casinos and the coin is a good idea that works.

No bad reports about Cadoola apart from a couple of tricky registration issues. When try to register sometime didn't got any email for signup and its really upsetting.
