Withdrawal- 7 seconds to take from credit card, 7 10 days to start the process of getting your winnings. I understand the winning needs to be reviewed but that is excessive and the bet is you will get tired of waiting, cancel and play it all back in. They would have a first class site if they could shorten that to 2 to 4 days and just deposit it back to card and not wire transfer, I see where others got their card credited, did not offer me that option.
This online casino is the worst. They only pay to the credit card that you make the deposit from and when you win money you can only withdrawal $2000 at a time, but its in $1000 increments and they takes a 7-10 business days to deposit into to your credit card. And its always 10 business days or more. Btw, it's only credited to the credit card you used to deposit money into the account. So if you cancel that credit card you are out of luck.
They don't care about there customers. They only care about getting the money from you.

But these guys are the worst. Won 1500 euro and after it took themtso weeks to verifymy papers even if I did everything correct the first day. Then was waiting for my withdrawals for the 1500 it should take from 3-7 days and then on day seven day they would only payout 250 euro and now I can’t request a payout for a week ! So you would have to wait 14 days to get 250 euro. Worst casino rules and service ever.

I won $2000 with bo vegas and I can defiantly say that I knew it would be a possibility that I would be receiving my winnings in installments. On the 1/3 I was approved for $250 of my $2000. I would like to be the first to make a review a good review. Do your homework like any experienced gambler and you will not be let down on receiving funds from this casino. Make sure your an active customer deposits and playing and dont leave ur account inactive for 30 days, these are the terms n conditions guys READ THEM!!!

After approval took 5 days to hit my account.
I wouldn't play at BoVegas Casino at all. Several months ago, I hit a random jackpot of more than 8,000usd (still have several screenshots on that stored in my desktop). Anyway, they refused to pay me 2,000usd per payout requested (as stated on their site) and their explanation was that I have not reached certain VIP status. So for my first payout request of 2,000usd, they sent me 240usd, how absurd?!
After that they also sent me a reminder email as follow: "Dear Player, Thank you for playing with BoVegas! Let me remind you that you have playable balance of $7,000 on your account waiting for you to win! Also have a look at our bonuses of this month!, etc." How ridiculous is that?! I wanted to withdraw 8,000usd, you paid me only 240usd, and reminded me to blow my winnings away! (I did blow most of my winnings away and didn’t care about it because I was on a winning streak and was also cashing out at several other online RTG and non-RTG casinos.)
Anyway, to make a long story short I will never play at this casino ever again, even if they change their name later on. Their model of business is totally unattractive! They are out to punish their players! If you lose, you are their friends, if you win, you become their enemies right away! (They earned 2 stars out of 10 from me!) In contrast, I was not at all a regular player at Slotocash and every time I deposited there, it was like 35usd or less. I don't think I have deposited enough at Slotocash to earn any rank or VIP status, but you know what, I one time hit a random jackpot of 7,100usd (again, I have all screenshots of my winnings if anyone is interested) and they paid me every single dollar through 3 separate installments within 5 weeks! Now that's real business.
You take money from your players right away, so when they win, you should pay them fast! It's only fair, right? This is what I want to say to BoVegas Casino: "Get real, it's a competitive world, especially for online gambling, be honest and stop torturing your players, they are your supporters, not your enemies, so always treat them fairly, not only when they lose their money to you!"
Again, I will never play at BoVegas Casino again and would suggest to other players not to start.
Ah! Real Time Gaming games and casinos, of which this BoVegas Casino is one of them. I've had lots of experience with RTG casinos since more than 14 years or so ago, before quitting them altogether a few years after that. I have not gone back to any of them, and the blockage of my local ISP ensures that for me, hahaha. Have I missed anything? Do I feel like I had missed anything? Not at all! Although there are a few games that I liked playing, like Count Spectacular for one (hope I got that name right), but generally, I could hardly make any wins from RTG games. I can't even remember how many times I did make a win, but I do know that those wins came from Count Spectacular only.
Seeing a promotional email in my mailbox from BoVegas Casino, offering a decent $15 no-deposit free chip, got me thinking. Hmm, maybe I should visit their website and see how things are with this casino. So I clicked on the link provided in the mail, it took me to the casino's website, and I was quite pleasantly surprised that I could access it. Before this, all RTG casinos would give me a 'website blocked' message, but not this time around. So, I did a little bit of browsing around, looking through their Promotions, Bonus Terms and T&Cs too. No restrictions were found, Neteller could be used for all deposits and withdrawals, no fees for using Neteller, but the wagering requirements were on the high side, as expected.
Getting the green light, I proceeded to make a registration. The registration form did not appear straight away, strangely enough. When I first clicked on the 'Sign Up' button, I was taken back to the main lobby, but no form came up. So I clicked again on the sign up button, a lag of a few seconds ensued, then the form came up. Usually, such lags, delays and going around in circles would mean a restriction was in place, but when the form came up, I was quite relieved. So I keyed in my details for that first page, then I clicked on 'Next' to go to the second page of the form, but nothing happens. Clicking on the 'next' button gave no response. Refreshing the page and starting all over again ended exactly the same way. The form just hangs there, refusing to go to the next page, and refusing to go back to the lobby either. It just hangs. So I finally just close the tab to end it all.
Well, this wasn't the first time that I had encountered similar situations with RTG casinos. What irritates me is why let me access the website, when I was actually restricted from registering? My country was not in the restricted countries list, there was no pop-up message of any kind to inform me that players from my jurisdiction would not be allowed to play at the casino. Some other casinos, not RTG ones, have this messaging, so it saves a lot of wasted time, effort, and disappointment. So BoVegas Casino, and all other RTG casinos, should really implement this messaging system.

This is the most fraudulent casino I have ever come across when it comes to withdrawals. As per majority of complaints regarding this casino I am just another victim.
I was lucky enough to win €5000 and provided all relevant documentation and was told my initial €1000 withdrawal would be processed within 5-7 business days, it has now been nearly 3 weeks and still no money received.
I have been lied to on their live chat along with managers stating it would be processed the next day and every day is the same.
They try to tie you up in their ridiculously complicated T&Cs when it comes to withdrawals, you can only request a max withdrawal of €2000 per week, but if you do not play regularly they can cut that down to €300 so if they actually did pay it would take months to receive my full amount owed, they also will cancel your withdrawal if you have not been active for a certain period so then purposely delaying their payouts will trigger this clause.
Absolute joke of a casino, how are they still in business and how do they hold a gaming license? Oh yeah I believe they are governed by the Curaçao gaming authority, enough said.
This cowboy outfit should have been closed down a long time ago to stop more people being ripped off, please never ever consider depositing at this casino.
