Well, where do I start?
1.) VIP Department first off lied to me about the Black VIP upgrade . I made the required amounts if not even more $3000-$3500 in deposits to be upgraded from Platinum Status. The agreed amount was $2000 between November 2022-December 2022 on a phone call with their Supervisor (Stephanie) who agreed on this. Since filing the complaint over a month ago now, their department tells me that all phone recordings were not functioning at the time I called. How convenient for them.

2.) Their Chat reps ask you to make deposits which are illegal, to begin with. For example seeing the Clients/Customers they are coaxing to spend more/deposit more could have a Gambling problem. Their competition who I have been with for 5 plus years and am also a VIP member has told me these tactics from their chat site are grounds for having their license suspended or removed.

3.) Tried to resolve this issue with their department internally before filing the complaint, but after requesting roughly 30-35 times for the VIP/Supervisor Department to contact me via Reps in Chat and by email, they proceed to Ghost or blatantly ignore my requests.
This right there shows a pattern proving their guilt on this issue.

4.) One of their Chatbox Reps (Maria), said in one of our chats that the reason they are refusing to contact me is because I’m not making enough deposits. Again that’s a huge NO when it comes to being a licensed regulated casino site. Again why would I make additional deposits when they didn’t honour their end of the Deal.

5.) One of their VIP reps (Mark) then did the Coward reply (email) instead of talking directly on the phone to me, and said because I told their Supervisor Stephanie via email I was no longer interested in pursuing Black VIP due to the ghosting back in November but yet I made the required deposits, actually made more deposits than needed to be upgraded, that this is the reason why I won’t be upgraded. Again this should have no effect on being upgraded seeing the agreed upon amount during our phone call was full filled on my end.

6.) I have now been waiting for over a month since January 20th when I closed my account for all emails, chat history and phone recordings since February 2022 till present to be released to me so I can then forward the information to Ecogra for them to take over the complaint. Still receiving excuses to why they are not releasing it. I’m now just waiting for the next unbelievable excuse/reason to this whole situation from them.

Do not support this Fraudulent, Incompetent, Shady Tactics site.

Fast payouts, responsive customer service, the mobile site runs smoothly & a good selection of games. They send out random free cash bonuses as well to regular players which is always nice! Overall a decent trustworthy casino in my experience.

Deposited $5 to test this site. Got a $10 bonus. Cashed out $350. This cashout got rejected because I played more than 10 percent of my bonus on any spin? Ridiculous rule that is. So no more than a dollar on any one spin???

Nice look and feel. The support is really helpfull and easy to contact. Withdrawal was not hard to do and took a few days. Games load fast and I haven't got any crashes.

Sometimes I get a notification that there is still a unfinished round but when I enter the specific game, there is no unfinished round. I have to contact support and they can ‘reder’ the problem.

WARNING:
After reading their bonus terms and conditions it is really easy to figure out their true intention. They have the worst bonus terms I have ever seen. For instance their wagering requirement is 300x DEPOSIT + bonus amount (so it is 600x bonus for 100% bonuses) on Megaways games and many other games that contribute 10%. Once you played a game which contributes less than 100 % you are not allowed to change to a game that contributes 100 %. They have way too many restricted games or games that contribute 10%, so it makes no sense to play with bonus money.

If for some weird reason you are going to play on their website i'd recommend you not to use their deposit bonuses.

Bonus policy is shady and horrible. A lot of backdoors in the requirements and wagering requirements of 300 x bonus on megaways games for example. Once you played a game which contributes less than 100 % you are not allowed to change to a game that contributes 100 %.
The list of games not contributing a 100 % wager is very long and not even alphabetical sorted. This is not user friendly and it looks like they are doing this on purpose because it could be corrected easily.

They offer a lot of bonusses but when you don't know their exceptions it's almost impossible to wager them. Wagering requirements of 300 x bonus on megaways game because they contribute 10 % and not allowing to switch back to a game which contributes 100 % is the worst I've ever seen.

To be honest, there s not much negative to say, but to be on top they' re missing a lot of the popular games that I like to play.
