This consistent lack of transparent and effective communication is highly concerning.

Casino's Failure: Their failure to credit the "successfully processed" withdrawal for 5 working days, coupled with their inadequate customer service, strongly indicates a deficiency in their operational procedures and a disregard for player funds.

My Expectation for Resolution:

I expect an immediate and definitive resolution to this issue, specifically the full credit of INR 40,000.00 to my bank account. I also request an explanation for the prolonged delay and details of any compensation for the inconvenience caused, as per standard financial regulations.

Given the casino's failure to resolve this internally despite multiple follow-ups, I am compelled to bring this matter to your attention. I urge the AskGamblers Team and relevant forums to investigate this "bons casino cheat work" and assist in recovering my funds and ensuring appropriate action is taken against this casino for its unacceptable practices.

Hello I would like to complain about an unscrupulous casino that took away my legitimate winnings, without explanation. I won about 2200 euros at bons casino, verified my account and tried to withdraw money from my account. However, the casino took all my winnings, leaving only the deposit, despite the fact that I have verified the account, no explanation I have not received. I ask you to deal with this unscrupulous casino.

I have deposited at Bons Casino 500 inr on 19/04/2025 at 1.55 pm amount got deducted from my bank account, but I didn’t receive it in my casino account.

All transaction details are attached. Also, this is the 15th time it has happened with me with the Bons Casino operator.

They have their modus operandi of not depositing players' amount in the gaming account and sending them the same robotic messages of - we are checking, we don't know the time frame.

I urge all of you, my friends, to boycott this operator from operating

I am a gold player in the casino

On 24th March I have deposited 3000 INR in my Bons casino account. The amount was pending but my money was deducted from my account that time itself. I emailed the support team of the Bons casino but I wasn't able to rectify the issue. In mail reply the customer team of Bons stated that they had not received any money from their payment provider. I have shared all the required screenshot regarding this issue please go through it and help me out from this situation.

Its 16th-day withdrawal is not received by me.

They are not paying after continuous reminders.

The VIP manager is Sanjay. Her senior called me on Tuesday and promised to pay the amount by the 21st of Feb.

I have shared my bank statement, but nothing happened. They are making me a fool every day. Finally, they didn't pay me.

The senior manager promised to add the amount to the casino but she has also made fake promises.

Raised mbtc deposit request via UPI payment method resulting a payment link raised of 724.38 INR paid successfully. Submitted transaction I'd in link page. Submitted transaction screenshot in bons.com chat. After few days of hectic asks they finally said payment not received which is a complete fraud. Checked from bank and they said it cannot be reversed as the receiver has already recieved the payment I shall need to take it directly from the receiver. Now bons.com are not paying my money back or into the account. Kindly take action against such FRAUD activities.proof attached
