23 January 2025 approx between 6.24 to 6.25 PM ist from bons.com

Raised mbtc deposit request via UPI payment method resulting a payment link raised of 724.38 INR paid successfully. Submitted transaction I'd in link page. Submitted transaction screenshot in bons.com chat. After few days of hectic asks they finally said payment not received which is a complete fraud. Checked from bank and they said it cannot be reversed as the receiver has already recieved the payment I shall need to take it directly from the receiver. Now bons.com are not paying my money back or into the account. Kindly take action against such FRAUD activities.proof attached

Withdrawal pending since September 19 2026

I requested a withdrawal of $3,000 via VegaWallet from Bons Casino on September 19, 2026 at 12:23. The withdrawal is still showing as “Pending Approval” and has not been processed.

I have contacted Bons Casino support several times.

Bons support confirmed that my account verification/KYC is complete, there are no issues with my bonus or withdrawal requirements, and no additional action is required from me.

They informed me that my withdrawal is undergoing an additional review by their finance department, but they have not provided a specific completion date or timeframe.

I also contacted Bons by email. I explained that I no longer have access to the email address originally registered with my casino account. Bons explicitly confirmed to me in writing that this issue is NOT related to the withdrawal delay.

Therefore, according to the information provided to me by Bons, there is currently no outstanding KYC issue, bonus/wagering issue, email issue, or action required from me that prevents the withdrawal from being processed.

I do not want to cancel the withdrawal. I am requesting that my original $3,000 VegaWallet withdrawal submitted on September 19 be processed.

I have attached evidence showing the pending withdrawal and Bons Casino’s responses regarding the verification and delay.

"I have won at Bons casino around $3000, got myself verified, and put all the winnings on withdrawal. However, the casino rejected my withdrawal and, moreover, they confiscated all my winnings. When I tried to find out what had happened, they did not give me a clear answer about what actions could lead to the confiscation of the money. I suppose that it's just fraud on the part of the casino. I was playing slot games and nothing more, and I have not violated any of the casino's terms. Hello I would like to complain about an unscrupulous casino that took away my legitimate winnings, without explanation. I won about 2200 euros at bons casino, verified my account and tried to withdraw money from my account. However, the casino took all my winnings, leaving only the deposit, despite the fact that I have verified the account, no explanation I have not received. I ask you to deal with this unscrupulous casino.

I have deposited at Bons Casino 500 inr on 19/04/2025 at 1.55 pm amount got deducted from my bank account, but I didn’t receive it in my casino account.

On 24th March I have deposited 3000 INR in my Bons casino account. The amount was pending but my money was deducted from my account that time itself.
