Casino rejected my withdrawal and stole my winnings

"I have won at Bons casino around $3000, got myself verified, and put all the winnings on withdrawal. However, the casino rejected my withdrawal and, moreover, they confiscated all my winnings. When I tried to find out what had happened, they did not give me a clear answer about what actions could lead to the confiscation of the money. I suppose that it's just fraud on the part of the casino. I was playing slot games and nothing more, and I have not violated any of the casino's terms. I ask Askgamblers to help me get my legal winnings back

Hello and thank you for your patience. After reviewing the case, we would like to provide clarification regarding the action taken on the player’s bonus balance.

The player breached the casino’s bonus terms, specifically Clause 30.1.7, while playing with an active bonus.

Clause 30.1.7 states:
"A player making large bets (over 5 USD/EUR/NZD or equivalent in other currencies) to quickly increase the bonus balance and then sharply reducing the bet size without a visible reason and with a sufficient balance may be suspected of using a system that gives an advantage in the game and abusing the bonus. Each such case will be reviewed individually, and the casino administration may take the measures described below. The casino strongly disapproves of such gaming behavior."

In this case, the player deposited funds and activated a cashback bonus. While the bonus was active, the player began placing high bet sizes of approximately 14 USD on the game Seasons. After a short sequence of bets (around 9 spins), and while having an adequate balance, the player abruptly reduced the bet size to 4 USD. Shortly thereafter, the player switched to another game that allows volatility adjustments and continued wagering at 5 USD per spin to clear the bonus.

This betting pattern falls under the behavior described in Clause 30.1.7 and is classified as bonus abuse.

As a result, and in accordance with the casino’s bonus terms, the bonus balance was reduced to the amount of the player’s original deposit, and the player’s eligibility for future bonuses and promotional gifts was restricted.

My Expectation for Resolution:

I expect an immediate and definitive resolution to this issue, specifically the full credit of INR 40,000.00 to my bank account. I also request an explanation for the prolonged delay and details of any compensation for the inconvenience caused, as per standard financial regulations.
