I deposited 30k on 16th November 2024 but still it is not credited in cashino acc.

Everyday I email bons support and everyday they are asking me to wait.

From months they are telling we are checking the payment.

I request you to plz help me 🙏🙏🙏

I am sending you the payment details with transaction I'd.

I am discussing you in brief about these case,



Actually mam I deposited 30k amt on 16th November 2024 but it is not credited to my bons account the second day I ask then they ask me to wait for checking,today more than 2 months done from these payment done but still they asked me to wait we are checking.



Once they vip manager Sanjay said that the payment provider did not got these payment then I asked him for send the statement of the payment provider but they refused to give the statement.




In these 2 months I send so many proofs of my payment such as bank statem­ent­,sc­ree­nshots and information UPI transaction number of payment all the information they asked me to send I send all the informations but they still ask me to wait and says we are checking.
